About: I believe every animal is someone's loved one and a cherished part of the family. That's why I treat every animal I meet with the same love and care I'd want for my own. Whether I’m stopping by to keep your loved one company or taking them on a hike with me for an adventure, I promise to keep your family member safe, happy and loved! I’ve taken care of many types of animals as I grew up on a ranch with many dogs, cats, horses, chickens and goats around. I have trained numerous dogs throughout my childhood and have loved every single one along the way. I have pet sat for many family members and friends, keeping the pets routine the same in order to make them comfortable and happy. I now have my own tabby kitten that I’m obsessed with, which my partner and I are currently trying to adventure train. I am currently writing my Master’s thesis and working from home so I have a lot of flexibility on when I work. I can make my own hours and work around when you need me! I’ll adapt to however you need help with your pet, since I have helped with so many types of animals, I know they all have their own unique personalities and quirks. I’ll follow your lead on how to care for your animal!

About: Animals have been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. I've had cats since birth, cared for large dogs for the past 10 years, and have owned snakes and other reptiles for more than 20 years. This experience has given me a great understanding of the unique needs, personalities, and behaviors of many different types of pets. One of my greatest strengths is building trust quickly with animals. I take the time to meet each pet where they are, learn their preferences, and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Whether your pet is full of zoomies, or prefers to hide under the bed, I adapt my approach to what works best for them. I understand that pets are family - they are for me too. I can't imagine my life without my pups, and I treat every animal in my care with the same patience, kindness, and respect I give my own. I am a teacher and am currently off for the summers so my hours are flexible. During the school year I can help weekends and evenings. I follow your instructions and care plans as you know what’s best for your pet. About: Taking a break from being a pet foster to pet sit again. I was a vet tech for 8 years and I have owned pets for 30 years. I can administer any medications needed. I will also watch dogs that have behavioral issues and I have no breed restrictions. My schedule provides the ability to watch puppies and provide them with the frequent play and bathroom breaks they need. I can also take your pet to any appointments they may have while you are out of town. I am unable to watch pets in my home. I will take your dog on hikes with me if you want or will take them on a stroll in your neighborhood. My work allows me to work from home so when I am pet sitting, I am able to spend a lot of time with your pet. When I am taking care of someone's pet, I treat them as if they were my own. I know that keeping their routine helps to minimize any stress of their owner being away.

About: I was raised in a dog and cat household and loved taking care of them. For the brief time in my adulthood that I did not have a pet, I would dog/cat sit for a various families often. I am fond of elderly dogs/cats and have taken care a few (including giving medications, shots, cooking specific diets, etc). I am also comfortable feeding farm animals such as horses and mules. I work full-time from my home allowing flexible time to play and care for animals. My outings are usually quick errands around town so my pets get a lot of dog mom time! I am available to do longer stays given that I work remote and love making pets feel safe and comfortable whilst their owners are away. I have a fenced-in yard and 2 friendly dogs (lab and border collie mix) to keep your furry loved one company! I also play music often for myself and for the dogs. I find it helps soothe some anxiety for them as well!

About: I’ve lived with animals my whole life. My father is a veterinarian and runs a vet clinic, and we’ve had animals in the house since I was born, so I’ve had plenty of experience taking care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I’ve learned how to look after animals from taking care of my family’s and friend’s pets, and I have a veterinarian on call if anything were to go wrong. :) I am currently in the process of looking for a full-time or part-time job, so for the time being I am very available to watch after and take care of your pet. I will take care to listen to any and all specific care instructions you may have for your pet. I love playing with animals and taking them for walks, so if you have an active pet I will be happy to engage with them. My father is also a practicing veterinarian, so if anything were to go wrong I can call him to help sort out what to do.

Our initial caregiver fell through and Lydia jumped through so many hoops to get our cat the care she needed on such short notice with minimal help from us. She’s very attentive to pets’ behavior and eating habits, and you can rest easy knowing your pet will be well cared for. I am so glad our Scout had Lydia to care for her and keep her company while we were away. She truly saved us all this week! We’ll definitely look to Lydia when we need care for our cat going forward. About: I’m experiencing in caring for pets of all sizes and temperaments for several years. I love walking dogs, teaching them new tricks and words and most of all play time outdoors. I will give them all the love while you’re away. I am a homemaker with free availability, I am usually home meal prepping or tending to the garden. I am flexible with schedules and routines to fit your needs. I have a home with a large fenced yard in NW Albany. I have two doodles in my home. We spend a lot of time outdoors especially in the morning. Lots of cuddles, playtime, and treats are shared and given throughout the day.

About: Over 13 years of experience loving on dogs, including young pups, seniors, and special needs. I think it's an honor and privilege to take in another's dog and am available most weekends and during the week to gladly help. There's plenty of room in my house and a very secure fenced yard to play. I spend a lot of time socializing at the dog park and try to take my dogs out for a walk twice a day. There are many toys here for dogs to enjoy and I will only feed them what I'm asked. I also have many years of experience giving medication to dog(s) if needed. I have two very loving, submissive, happy dogs that welcome the company and are current on all vaccinations. I'm happy to do a trial run in a neutral location if you're interested or you're more than welcome to come over and take a look at the premises. My dogs are allowed on the beds and furniture, however, I'll respect your wishes if your dog(s) aren't. I currently work semi-part time, however, only live about 1 mile from work. I don't like leaving my dogs alone for any length of time as they're my first priority. The longest stretch I'm gone is around four hours. However, I do have a live video and audio feed so I can keep an eye on the dogs and talk to them. While your dog(s) are staying at my place I will send pics and video as I think it's important for you to see what they're up to while you're away and get some peace of mind :). I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your dog(s)! I'm available for boarding and house sitting on weekends and weekdays. I have a fenced yard and two friendly, playful dogs to keep your dog(s) company. I can easily crate your dog if needed and will respect any of your wishes, including following through on training commands.
