About: I have cared for a wide array of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles, insects and amphibians! I have owned many pets over my lifetime, and feel confident in caring for elderly animals and administering medication. I have volunteered at my local vet clinic on multiple occasions, so handling animals prone to stress is also something that I am familiar with Currently I attend community college part time on Mondays, Wednesdays and the weekend. Every other day I will be completely free, and will make it my priority to give your pets all of the time and attention that they deserve! One of my greatest goals, second only to the welfare of your animals, is to ensure that client privacy and boundaries are respected at all times. I will ensure to follow instructions given about the home to the letter.

I prioritize secure handling during walks and visits, double-check doors, gates, harnesses, and crates, and always aim to create a calm and positive environment for pets. I also believe communication is important, so I provide regular updates, photos, and check-ins to help owners feel comfortable while they’re away.

I truly enjoy getting to know each animal’s personality and making sure they feel heard and loved. I am a full time college student. I’m available most afternoons for walks and drop ins! I am also available most week nights for overnight stays! I am comfortable with all animals, I am willing to do whatever is necessary for their care. I have past experience with dog training as well, and feel comfortable working with undisciplined animals!

About: Hi! I’m Jess and I just moved back to the Salem area. My husband and I have 3 of our own fur babies. We just recently got married and looking for a way to make a little extra cash as we finish getting settled. I have a degree in zoology from Oregon State University and have MANY years on my belt as a pet sitter. I’m very flexible and thoroughly enjoy spending time with furry friends. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I work at a restaurant in Corvallis about 5 days a week. Usually early mornings, but off by the afternoon depending on how busy we get. I feel i’m flexible with scheduling based off of my work, but i’m happy to figure anything out that will be helpful to you and your furry friends. i always put you and your animals needs first. i am very respectful and triple check before doing anything whether that’s offering treats or just locking the door on my way out.
