“Ricky has been incredible to work with for the last three weeks. He has such genuine love and care for our pets and they have accepted him into the family pack. He’s incredibly respectful in our home and communicative about the visits and sends the best updates. So grateful to continue working with him.”

“Megan did a fine job sitting our Bengal cat. She showed up early and gave Sidd extra time. She played with Sidd to stimulate her appetite and break her loneliness while we were gone. Megan followed our instructions and we returned to a healthy, happy kitty.”

“Katrina is fantastic! This is our second time booking her for full weekend drop-ins while we were out of town. I fully trust that my dogs are well taken care of with her. She is very communicative and our dogs love her. Thank you Katrina!”

About: I would love to take your dog for a walk when you can’t, feed it when you’re out of town and even stay with it if it has anxiety while you’re out of town on a business trip or on vacation. I work during the day so I would love to take care of your dog before and or after depending on what is requested. I work 11 - 7 Friday through Tuesday. I like to go on walks during my free time and a companion would make it that much more fun and enjoyable! I am saving up to travel the world and getting the chance to look after you dog one way or another would benefit me in more ways than you know. Thank you for taking the time to consider me a viable sitter. Have a great day! I work a 9-5 M-F with weekends pretty free. That means I can watch you pet and not miss any feeding times or walks! I can also stay at your place if you’re comfortable with that to make your animals life a little better while you’re away. I am comfortable with quick visits to feed your dogs, take them on walks and even cuddle them to make them feel safer. I can give them treats and play fetch to gain their trust!
“Kerri was wonderful and sent us many pictures of our kitties. She also played with them a ton! We were very thankful that she was able to extend her visit days to accomodate our travel delay on short notice.”

“McKenzie watched our cat, plants, and chickens while we were away for 2 weeks. Everything was well taken care of and it was apparent our cat got so much love and snuggles while we were away! Would recommend McKenzie for your pet sitting needs.”

“Stephanie was very communicative with me while we were away and went above and beyond! The comfort of knowing our babies are being well taken care of while we’re gone means so much to us!”

“Sarah was amazing. My kitties are kind of shy and she was able to get them to come out and let her pet them and play. My daughter wants her contact information because she would like to book her to take care of her pets in the future too. We will definitely rebook. My husband says she was fantastic. Thank you so much, Sarah.”

“Jerikka is a lovely pet sitter. She is caring and communicative, and was also flexible with our recent request when we needed to make some slight date changes. Knowing Jerikka is there to take care of our pets gives us so much peace!”

“Emily is amazing!!! She was there when I needed her. Always prompt and on time. I was out of state helping a family member move and it was very stressful so knowing my Zoe was taken care of and getting daily walks made me feel so much more at ease! I will always use Emily :)”

“Absolutely amazing experience! Kayla took incredible care of our three senior dogs, giving them so much extra love and attention. She cleaned up every mess, even tackled all the poop in the yard, and sent detailed updates with tons of great pictures. We felt completely at ease the whole time. We highly recommend her and will definitely be booking again.”

About: I have experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, turtles, frogs, fish, salamanders, and snails. I was involved in dog, rabbit, and guinea pig 4-H for ten years so I have some experience with training, diseases, and behaviors. I currently show my dogs in AKC Confirmation competition so good nutrition, exercise, and training is a must for my own animals. I am able to give medication in pill or shot form. I am available to come to your house anytime except overnight. I work from home so potty breaks and cuddles are a regular occurrence at my place. If visiting your home I have a flexible schedule to hopefully fit your needs. I have a fenced yard and minimal plant life for your pet to get into. I also have an additional kennel run if dogs need to be separated.

About: Hi, I'm Kit!! I've had a dog in my home as long as I could remember, responsible for feeding and walks as soon as I was old enough to control the leash and reach the food container. I've raised a puppy from 8 weeks all the way to his last breaths as an old man. Dogs are my heart, and I want to help yours have the best time when you're away. I currently DoorDash, so your pets are my priority! Anything they need, I'll take care of it as if they were my own fur-babies! I have a dog of my own who loves to make friends for play dates. At your home, your rules are my laws, and I'll follow them to the letter to make sure your babies are well taken care of!
About: I have grown up caring for all kinds of animals. I have the most experience with dogs, and small animals. Most of my family pets I provided main care for. Because of this I have grown a stronger sense of patience for pets, and have learned what will help them be more successful in their day as well as mine. I still am happy to learn more about the pets individual personality, and earning their trust. Though it is not my main career path it is something I am very passionate about. I volunteered at humane societies in my past free time. Though it is not something I can continue, I hope to make up for it by working with other pet owners. Thank you I currently work from home, though it is a part time job. Walks can be done 24/7 for whatever the pet may find necessary. Pets are considered in every part of the day from walks to the trash bins and fetching mail, to meal times and what is comfortable and safe. Born and raised in here in Salem, OR. My home is in a park filled neighborhood, with many walkable paths! A large, shade filled backyard.

Rosedale cat parents share their Rover experiences
Jade is awesome!! She is quick to respond and very conscientious. She was able to take a last minute booking from me to drop in on my two kitty girls. The girls loved her which was evident by the pictures of them baring their tummies for pets. They didn't do that when "grandma" came over. ;-) Will definitely use Jade again!
I booked Mindy to take care of my kitten who had some trouble adjusting to me being gone. She was patient with my cat and eventually got her to warm up and purr. My cat also had some issues with using the litter box and Mindy handled it like a pro with no complaints. She even swept up the litter outside of the box without me asking. I would trust her to take care of my cat anytime. She is professional, precise, and really cares.
