“Valerie is a gem. She’s got a dedicated room just for cats that even has a “Catio” a.k.a. a patio in human terms, that is the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s a big enclosure that lets your kitties venture outside without actually being outside. You can’t possibly go wrong using Valerie to love on your fur babies !! I got several pictures daily sowing our fur baby having the time of his life with Valerie !!❤️”
“Our dogs love, Tori! Her fenced back yard is like a giant playground for our Lab (who loves Tori’s sweet girl, Mona!) and is easy for our older dog to get around in, as well. They were so excited when we pulled in for our second visit that I couldn’t get the leash off our dog before she and Mona were off and playing! Susana is well versed in dog behavior so she was able to comfortably have Daisy along with a couple of other dogs and monitor their behavior closely during her stay. About: I have spent my life as a pet owner and I like to treat everyone's animals the way I would like mine to be treated. I have, at one time or another, owned dogs, cats, birds, fish, turtles, rabbits, snakes, rats, goats, horses, and chickens and am comfortable caring for many more. I know this site is mostly limited to dog and cat care, but I'm happy to pet sit anything. I am happy to care for pets either in my home or in yours and I'm very flexible regarding my schedule. Every day I care for my own household animals, and I'm more than capable of taking care of plenty more. My animals include 3 dogs of varying sizes, two cats, a parrot, and an aquatic turtle. Though I have plenty of experience with other animals as well. I'm happy to either host animals in my home or venture to pets in their own homes. I believe that my job in caring for a person's pets is to adhere to their wishes for their pets. I want to follow the expectations set for any individual animal. I love to lavish animals with love and affection, but that isn't the right approach for every animal and I need to respect the wishes of their humans within the scope of safety.

About: My family has had dogs my entire life (as well as chickens, ferrets, and a cat!). I've helped train, care for, feed, groom, play with, and dog sit for my family and others, and I'm excited to meet some new furry friends in Eugene! I believe that my biggest strength as a pet sitter is my ability to match your dog's energy level. I love playing tug, fetch, and frisbee, but I'm also always down for a snuggle, backscratch, or bellyrub too. I also don't mind getting licked which has helped me make many furry friends over the years :) I am a student at the U of O, but my schedule is quite flexible. I am available for drop-in visits during the day as well as weeknights after 6pm and all weekend. I believe that building trust with a dog is crucial, so I am intentional about letting them approach me first, sniff me, and take however long they need to feel comfortable in my presence.
