“We had never used Rover before, but were told by others to schedule a meet & greet. From the moment my husband and I met Leigh, we knew she would do a great job taking care of our cat. We came home to a clean home and to a cat that was obviously well taken care of. We received daily updates through Rover as well as photos. Rover should be proud to have Leigh representing its company.”

“Sierra was very communicative and did a great job with all of the instructions we left her. My cats don’t get along very well and she did a good job managing them and making sure they were separated. She also did a great job with administering medicine to my cat that needed it daily. Overall, I am very pleased with the services provided and I would absolutely hire her again!”

“Leila has always been the best at taking care of my Fuzzy when I travel. This trip was longer than normal and I am so thankful that Leila was there for my cat. Happiest Holiday wishes! Thank you so much for everything!”

“This was our first time using Rover and Sylvia popped up on the app for recommended people. She had glowing reviews and exceeded our expectations. She sent us photos every visit. We met beforehand and she had the calmest demeanor and we knew she would be perfect for our fur baby. We will definitely be using her again♥️”

About: Hi there:) Please read information about my schedule before booking!! (About me) I’ve been taking care of neighbors and friends dogs since I was 14, I’ve also been on the app Wag as a trusted caregiver for 2+ years, but I’ve expanded to provide services on Rover as well. I’ve administered medication, taken care of dogs in heat, and have some experience in a veterinary setting. My grandpa built the Park animal hospital in Provo, so I also have a vet on speed dial if anything should happen. I love spending time with all sorts of dogs, cats and other animals and love each one like my own:) I love to run and hike on the trails in the Aves, so if your pup loves to run let me know! I am currently employed full time at University Hospital in Salt Lake as a lab technician. My schedule is very unique; I work 7 days in a row, then get 7 days off and repeat. I have my calendar adjusted so that during my work weeks, I am unavailable for boarding or sitting. This is because I work 10 hour shifts (4am-2:30pm) and most pups can't wait that long to be let out. If your pup can handle 10 hour work days, I would be HAPPY to continue these services for you, just let me know what your pup can handle:) I recently moved to the Aves in Salt Lake and currently live alone in a studio apartment. Living here has been the best environment for caring for pups. I live in between Lindsey Gardens and Memory Grove which I’ve learned is a popular fun space for people and their pups. I also love to run! And the side walks and quiet neighborhood have been the best for taking pups with me.
About: I grew up with multiple dogs, have provided paid dog care for 10 years, and currently have my own 8-year-old dog, so caring for pups has been part of my life since childhood. My mom is a professional dog trainer, and I've picked up a lot from her over the years about reading dog behavior and body language. I'm comfortable with anxious or shy dogs and know how to help them feel safe. I'm also confident giving medications when needed. I'm an active person who loves going for walks, and I like bringing dogs along when possible — so your pup won't just be sitting around, they'll get plenty of exercise and attention too. I am a full-time Master of Social Work student at the University of Utah. I am available for morning pet car every day of the week. I am available for evening pet care Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, and Sun. I am available for midday drop ins and care Fri-Sun. Dogs get let out 1st thing in the morning, 1st thing when I return home from being out, and last thing before I go to bed. When I am home I respond to physical behaviors and vocal communication, defaulting to a potty break every few hours. Dogs get at least one physical outing a day. For both dogs and cats, I take time to be restful around the house so they can chill near me and/or cuddle and receive attention.
“Jeannene was so reliable and friendly. It was a relief to know that my cat was in good hands and with someone experienced with cats. She provided thorough updates and I came back to the house in great condition.”

“Sheila was so nice to my dog. She came to our place for a meet and greet before we leave so that we can meet in person and have my dog interact with her before we leave. Highly recommend her and will definitely request for her service again once we’re away!”

About: I have had dogs my whole life. Moose is my sidekick and he and I would love to care for your loved one for you! I am available on the weekends. My work schedule is changing soon so that availability will increase once that change happens. Message me and we may be able to work something out. I live in an apartment but Moose and I love to go for long walks and love to go to the local dog parks nearby!!
“Mara went above and beyond to consistently provide my senior dog with love and companionship, food, medication, walks, and playing in the grass. She clearly adores Bella, and this shows in her dedication and skill. I had a superb experience with Mara.”

About: Hi, neighbors and friends! I’m a millennial pug mom who loves dogs. I have raised pugs since I was 3 years old. I come from a family of dog breeders, adopters, fosters, and truly love pets as family. I am offering to love on your dog as much as I love my two pugs. I am available for drops ins visits in the morning time frames from 6-8:00 AM and evenings 6-8:00PM. I have open availability on the weekends and I am flexible! I also take dog clients to the dog park while you are at work or out of town. Coming soon: overnight boarding! Do you also need a ride to or from the airport? You are already planning a lot, I’m happy to provide ride services since I don’t live far! My mission is to help dogs feel safe with someone at home or your home if you need to leave town. I'm currently available to walk your dog in the mornings and evenings, as well as take them to the dog park for a play date. My dogs keep a routine so let us know if your dog also has a special routine so we can accommodate! I'm also happy to sit with them so they don't feel alone if you are out of town. I can visit your pet and make sure they are fed and have water, play with them, let them out and take them for a walk to the dog park if you like.
“Jillian is dependable, clean, and my skitty kitty was so chill when came home. So glad to know he’s in good hands! Will definitely rebook again- thank you Jillian!”

“Chris took care of my bunny on short notice, which I really appreciate! He was able to come over same day to grab a key/go over Bij’s routine. He was very communicative and left me detailed messages after his visits, I would ask him to watch my pet again!”

“Nicole was amazing! My cat loved her. Not only did she do a great job with feeding but she cleaned his litter box and played with him. She kept me updated everyday on how he was doing and was always quick to respond when I sent her a message.”

“Hanelle did a great job caring for my pet bunny! I really appreciate how well she communicates - it always puts me at ease while I'm away. She is also detail-oriented, does all of the petsitting tasks well, and keeps everything clean and organized. I highly recommend her petsitting services. She also leaves the sweetest handmade thank-you notes, which is a lovely professional touch.”

I couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter than Elizabeth! From the moment we met, she was kind, professional, and completely tuned into the needs of my 2 dogs. Throughout the stay, I received regular photo updates and thoughtful notes that gave me total peace of mind while away on a trip. My pups were happy, relaxed, and well taken care of. I will definitely book with her again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
