About: I have hands-on experience caring for my own two dogs as well as prior dog-sitting experience outside of my home. Through this, I’ve learned how to follow specific routines, handle different dog personalities, and make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I am responsible, attentive, and very comfortable with daily care such as feeding, walking, playtime, and giving lots of attention. I also have babysitting experience, which has helped me build patience, communication skills, and reliability. I truly enjoy working with animals and treat every pet like my own. I am currently very flexible and available throughout the summer for house sitting. I am able to stay overnight in clients’ homes and provide consistent care throughout the day. I make sure to prioritize feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and check-ins based on each pet’s routine. I will also be unavailable during two planned vacation periods, which I will clearly block off on my calendar. I’ll be gone June 28-July 5 and July 29-August. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I carefully follow all instructions for feeding, walking, medications, and house rules. I make sure doors are always secured, pets are supervised, and they are never left alone for long periods of time. I also keep the home clean and respect the space by being responsible and tidy. My goal is to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs as long as I can remember. The last 3 years my family spent rehabilitating rescue dogs that weren’t house trained, and are now happily living their best lives. I’m a grad student (finishing my MBA) looking for some extra income to help out with tuition. I have a variable work schedule, which leaves time to spend with animals. The apartment is in the heart of Sugarhouse, and has a wonderful yard area for walks. It’s not fenced though, so all my overnight guests will need to be leashed for walks. My roommate also a sitter on Rover and is a huge animal lover. I live close to Sugarhouse park, which is perfect for long walks if your fury friend needs a lot of outdoor time.

In addition to routine care, I have experience administering medications, including insulin injections, and I'm comfortable following detailed care instructions to ensure your pet stays healthy and safe. I also have experience with basic training and obedience, helping reinforce good manners, leash behavior, and consistency with commands. As an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, camping, and staying active, I love providing dogs with plenty of exercise, enrichment, and attention. Whether your pup prefers an adventure on the trail or a relaxing day with companionship and belly rubs, I'll treat them like one of my own and make sure they feel loved and cared for while you're away. Currently have a wide open schedule. Just moved to SLC (Sugarhouse) from Montana, and taking the first bit of time to explore more of the area. I have a partially fenced yard. I will be leashing ALL looked after dogs before exiting the home to ensure no one escapes. I have 2 dogs & cats of my own. All are friendly and welcoming. So for the safety of all our furry family, you're furr baby needs to be friendly with others if I am to board in my house.
