“Jami is absolutely amazing!! We couldn’t have been happier with how she took care of our doggos and they were so happy to HNH out with her. She is punctual, sweet, caring, and communicative. Highly recommend her to anyone!”

“Madison is an amazing cat sitter! My cat is extremely shy and rarely lets anyone pet her, but Madison was able to earn her trust and even get some pets in. She followed all of my instructions perfectly, including feeding, litter box maintenance, and cleaning up, and she went above and beyond by vacuuming my home. I could not be happier with her care and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and reliable sitter.”

“I HIGHLY recommend David. He is thorough, thoughtful, and follows instructions well. He is clean and respectful and my puppy loves him. We will be using David every day.”

“I was very nervous about leaving my dogs behind during my day trip, but she handled them great even when they parked. When I saw pictures, both dogs looked very relaxed and I was very satisfied with the drop in visit ?”

“Bridgette is amazing. She takes great care of my cats and goes above and beyond to make sure they get their meds and have all they need while I'm away. “Kaitlyn stopped in to take of our cat Algae while we were away and did a fantastic job! She was easy to work worth, and communicated quickly and clearly. We were worried that Algae might hide, but she felt comfortable with her and we were sent picture updates. Would recommend.”

“Emily was very flexible and I appreciate that she took notes on care for Beasly. She provided detailed information on how the visits went and was very communicative! I highly recommend her!”

About: Not accepting dog walking for the next few weeks due to weather/fire conditions. I have asthma and the smoky air isn’t good for me to be in for long. I have a few years experience looking after all kinds of dogs; from the elderly, to injured, to dogs needing specific diets or medication. I have also looked after cats and reptiles before! I teach special education kids Tues-Thurs from 9 AM until 12:00 PM during the summer, so during those times I am not available. In the case of dog sitting, just be aware that I won’t be at the home during those times. I will care for and treat your pets as if they were my own; with all of the love and routine that they need. I will follow any and all instructions you need for your pet; including walk schedules, dietary and medicinal needs, and sleep times.
About: I have grown up with big and small dogs and have always loved them. I make sure to be very attentive to any dog I am with, bringing them on lots of walks, and hanging with them. I am an online student with a flexible schedule. This allows me to be very attentive to your dog, lots of walks, lots of hanging nearby. I take great care of pets. I make sure they get the exercise they need, and the time spent just hanging out close by. I think most dogs love to be around people as much as they can, and I make that happen!
“We had such a great experience with Christina! Throughout the stay, we received regular updates, photos, and little notes that showed just how well our dog was being looked after. It was clear our dog was happy, relaxed, and getting lots of attention, and love. We especially appreciated the reliability and professionalism, everything was handled exactly as discussed, and even a few extra thoughtful touches went a long way. Coming home to a happy, well-cared-for dog made all the difference. We would absolutely recommend Christina to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and dependable dog sitter. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

“Candy was a great help on short notice when we had to go out of town for a funeral. She was great with our dog and we were comfortable everything was cared for during her drop in visits.”

“Arian was so good to our two kitties! She was accommodating to their needs and split up her drop in visit to twice a day so they could eat more often. She found our shy cat when he was hiding and delivered his food to him so he could eat where he felt safe. She even cleaned up a mess when one of our cats got sick. She sent us thorough updates every day and I felt very comforted having her watch them. I could tell she really cared! I will definitely use her services again and recommend others do the same.”

“Heather was very attentive and flexible with last-minute changes to scheduling. She took amazing care of my kitten while I was away! She provided daily updates and photos, and paid close attention to my kitten's wellbeing.”

“Morgan was great. She was kind and respectful. I needed a pet sitter with fairly short notice and she was very flexible and willing to help me out. I will definitely be interested in working with her again!”

“Abby was great, my typically shy cat trusted her completely which says a lot! She washed all the cat dishes, and went above and beyond with care. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs back to health, fostered dogs, and I have taught high schoolers how to take care of cats and dogs alike. I’m currently working as a teacher. Weekends are preferable if you want 24 hour attention, but I can do more simple things on the weekdays, like walks, and check ins through out the week after 5pm or on lunch breaks if close by! I live in an apartment, where there is a dog park and plenty of places to walk. I have no pets of my own, so I look forward to be around lots of fur babies
“Yosis was unbelievably helpful with a last min drop in booking! I have one wild puppy and another senior. She went above and beyond. I would highly recommend her for drop in visits or overnight stays”

The median cost per visit for pet sitting in Millcreek is $19

Emily is the absolute best cat sitter around! She provides very detailed updates and is meticulous when following instructions. She understands the quirks of cats, and respects their boundaries. Our cat can be sweet one day, spicy the next, and she is wonderful with him and appreciates him regardless. Thank you, Emily, for your great work!

Bridgette did amazing especially for having to book extremely last minute. She also did extra things like scooping the cat bin, cleaning their water, vacuuming, and putting on cat tv for them. She was incredibly kind and so good to my anxious kitties who definitely don’t like it when I go away.

Jess is wonderful! She did an at in home visit and walked my dog. She provided detailed notes and photos which gave me comfort while I was away. Such a relief to know to know my girl Olive was well taken care of. I will definitely hire Jess again and highly recommend!
Mara has been absolutely amazing with my Husky, Kita. She’s incredibly reliable, communicates clearly, and always sends photos before, during, and after each walk so I know exactly how things are going. Kita genuinely loves her and gets along with her so well. Mara even went above and beyond by cleaning up an accident Kita had one day without me asking. I’m really grateful for the level of care she gives. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their dog.

My golden retriever loved Elisabeth at first sniff. She was so attentive to my dog when dropping in and very punctual. Amazing love and service when I needed the help. I will definitely book her again and I know my pup will be excited to see her as her sitter.

This was a fairly straightforward job feeding and changing litter for my "scaredy cat" cat whom I knew was probably never going to come out to play or get pets from a stranger. Nonetheless, Celine was prompt and kind in our meet-and-greet and responsive to my texts while away. She followed all instructions, and I'd definitely hire her again.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
