Over the years, I have been trusted with the keys and codes to dozens of homes as well as having been trusted with the health and safety of countless beloved pets. Some home and pet owners have known me personally while to this day, several of my clients I have yet to meet in person.. but I assure every one of them will vouch for the phenomenal care that I take over their animals as well as the upmost respect that I pay to their home, property, and privacy.

When meeting your pet(s) I would love to know if there’s any place that they should not be touched, if they should not be picked up, and how they interact with other animals/people should we go on public walks. And of course, if they have any unique needs or behaviors.

I walk in the door and I’m pumped to see your pet, your pet is stoked to see me and the next 30+ minutes is all of their favorite things. Whether it's tug-o-war, a good jog around the neighborhood, their favorite foods and some loving affirmations or lots of cat chase-play, my purpose during that time is to provide for your animal(s) needs and desires.

Hi, I’m Tess. I gravitate towards animals and have chosen to be involved in their care throughout my life. With pets ranging from hermit crabs to rodents, goats, horses, cats and dogs or my sweet house rabbit of 8 years plus more to name.. My love and experience is ever growing! At age 11 I began volunteering at my local animal shelter, at 18 I worked as a dog bather for PetSmart, at 23 I volunteered on an equestrian ranch in Australia, and over the past decade I have enjoyed providing care and attention for animals at any opportunity that I may find. Have a beloved snake, spider or other creepy-crawly? I adore these creatures equally and am happy to provide special care for them.

Really appreciate Tess and the help she provided by taking care of my the little Cleo.
Tess did a great job of taking care of our two cats. She was very communicative and was able to change course as needed. We definitely plan to rebook with Tess!
This is our second time using Tess — she’s very responsive and always provides a great report on our dog and lots of pictures.
Tess was absolutely fantastic. I would not hesitate to rebook her for my two cats! She is communicative, kind, and genuinely cares about her clients and their pets. She went above and beyond with funny photos, dedicated playtime, and followed all of our care instructions to a T. She was able to match the energy with both my playful and my shy cat and get them both to trust and love her. I felt super comfortable with her in my home and knew she was taking great care of my babies. Her time and effort are deeply appreciated, and I know my cats will be happy to see her again the next time we're out of town.
