About: Hi! I’m Sylvi, and caring for animals has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up helping my family and friends take care of their dogs, so being around pups feels completely natural to me. From feeding and walking to playing, training basics, and giving lots of love. While I’m in school at SUU, I volunteer at the local animal shelter in Cedar City and dog sit for my friends border collie consistently. That experience has taught me how to work with dogs of all personalities, including shy, anxious, energetic, and special‑needs pups. I’m patient, calm, and always focused on making dogs feel safe and comfortable. When I’m home for the summer, I love using my free time to help pet parents who need someone reliable and caring. Whether your dog needs a long walk, a quick potty break, or just a friendly face while you’re away, I’m here to make sure they’re happy and well cared for. I currently work full time at a bike shop Tuesday - Saturday. I am available Saturday evenings, Sundays, and Mondays. I can also do pretty early mornings on most weekdays. I have a reliable car to transport your pet if needed and no issues with hair! I walk dogs consistently for my local animal shelter in Cedar City and love taking them on leisure walks or even hikes if that's something your dog enjoys! I'm down for anything and just want to make your dog happy and comfortable!

About: Hi! I’m in North Salt Lake and have been around animals my whole life. I grew up with dogs and have had my cat for 14 years, so I’m very used to daily care, routines, and paying attention to what pets need. I also have a pet stroller available for cats or small dogs if needed. I love spending time with animals and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits easily into my routine. I’m available in the mornings, can stop by during my lunch break for a check-in or let-out, and have time after work for walks and spending time with pets. I make sure they stay on their normal schedule and get the attention they need. I focus on keeping pets on their normal routine, including feeding, walks, and any specific care instructions. In a client’s home, I make sure they feel comfortable in their familiar environment and give them plenty of attention and care. About: I have had pets in my home for my entire life. I have volunteered in animal shelters since 2019 and currently do regular shifts at a local shelter, where I walk dogs (I am trained to the most advanced level, meaning I can interact with and walk dogs who are still working on their social skills and interactions), take dogs and cats on local news shows to encourage adoption, foster dogs in my own home, and take part in educational opportunities to continually advance my animal care and advocacy abilities. My full-time job is remote and has a flexible schedule, so I can hang out with pets for much of the day and take breaks for outside time, playtime, appointments, and so on. I also teach a handful of yoga classes every week, usually in the late mornings, but the times vary from week to week. I am happy to give your pet what they need, whether that's scritichies, playtime, walks, gentle time sitting around, medicine, and so on. Whatever it is, I will be patient with them and their needs.

About: I have been around animals for my entire life. My dad grew up on a farm and his mom bred, groomed and boarded dogs as well as had a bunch of ponies, horses, cows etc. My mom has my childhood dog and cat at her house so my house has no pets and is ready to accommodate yours. Right now I’m very flexible with my job! I don’t go into the office every day and when I do it’s usually only a few hours! I treat all animals I care for as my own. I will always make sure they are well taken care of for basic needs and also getting good play and snuggle time!

At home, I share my life with my husband and our two wonderful dogs, Mae and Miley, who bring me endless joy and keep me active every day. Having them has taught me so much about unconditional love, responsibility, and the importance of tailoring care to each pet’s unique personality and needs. Whether it’s going for walks, playtime, or simply providing comfort and companionship, I treat every pet like family. You can feel confident knowing your furry loved ones will be safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Mae, Miley, and I are excited to welcome some new furry friends into our circle! I’m a teacher, so I work 7:30-3 everyday. My afternoons are typically very flexible aside from Spanish class on Monday and Wednesday from 5-6:30, but I’m happy to stop by before and/or after that! Additionally, I am able to stop by before work at around 7 am if given prior notice. I tend to go out of town most weekends in the fall but, again, can adjust my schedule with enough notice. Happy to come by just once or multiple times a day. My dog, Mae, has chronic allergies, so I am very used to and comfortable with administering medication and cleaning ears.
