“Amy and her family have been watching my little Ellie girl for the past few weeks while her regular sitter has been out of town and they are just the best! Ellie adores hanging out with them and they just know how to show a pup some love when you can’t! So glad we’ve met them☺️”

“Had such a wonderful experience with Cydnee! She and her sister Kelsey were very responsive and gave updates/photos of our tiny furries. Really enjoyed meeting them and having our pups stay with them!”

“Rachael was an absolute life saver this time (and as always)! We had an emergency come up and needed someone to watch our puppy last minute over night, not to mention our puppy was just recovering from surgery, and Rachael was so quick to respond, accommodating, flexible, understanding, and perfect with our puppy. She helped keep our puppy safe, administered medicine, and was so loving with her as we were away. We cannot sing her praises high enough! Thank you Rachael!!!”

About: Hi there! I’m a trained Veterinary Technician with over 25 years of experience caring for pets, with most of my career spent in the animal welfare world. These days, I’m semi-retired and work 50-75% remotely from home as an independent contractor —but I still love volunteering with rescue groups and animal non-profits whenever I can. It’s a wonderful way to stay connected to my passion and keep my veterinary skills fresh. I have access to emergency veterinary care (at your expense if needed), and I’m trained to administer medications with different routes of administration. My years of experience mean I can spot subtle changes in your pet’s behavior or health—things that might go unnoticed by others. That kind of trained eye can offer real peace of mind when you’re away. It’s exactly what I’d want for my own furkids! Speaking of furkids, my family and I will welcome yours into our home and treat them just like one of our own. My children have grown up surrounded by animals and are incredibly kind, respectful, and loving. We adopted a sweet English Bulldog from a shelter a few years ago, and we’re big believers in pet adoption and the importance of spay/neuter. Of course, we respect all pet parents choices and are always happy to share what we’ve learned if you're curious! Our pets—Buttercup (Butters), French Toast (Toast), —are friendly with nearly all furry friends. They’re spoiled beyond belief, and your pet will be no exception! We specialize in brachycephalic breeds like English Bulldogs, Frenchies, Pugs, Bostons, and Boxers, but we welcome all well-behaved dogs. While we don’t have a fenced yard, our pets (and yours) are strictly indoor companions and always under direct supervision. They enjoy daily leash walks and visits to enclosed dog parks, depending on their needs. Because Utah’s weather can be extreme, our home is kept comfortably climate-controlled year-round. When we’re home, healthy and house-trained pets are allowed to roam freely. If we need to step out briefly (never more than 1–2 hours), your pet will be safely crated or kenneled in a clean, cozy space. This is just for their safety. If that setup doesn’t work for your pet, we might not be the best fit—but I’m always open to chatting about special accommodations! A few important notes: • All pets must be current on vaccinations and licensed in your city or county. Proof is required—thank you for understanding! • “DogUber” pick-up and drop-off services for boarding, grooming, or vet visits may be available for an additional fee (limited service area). • We also offer small dog (15–20 lbs or under) airline nanny services within the U.S. If you’re interested, just ask! And one more thing! I’m proud of the relationships I’ve built with pet families over the years. If you’d like to hear from others who’ve trusted me with their beloved pets, I’m happy to provide references or you can read them here on Rover. It’s always nice to hear from fellow pet parents about their experiences with my care. I work 50-75% remotely from home as an independent contractor, which means your pet will receive plenty of direct attention and supervision throughout their stay. They’ll rarely be left alone, and will enjoy a safe, calm, and caring environment with someone nearby almost all the time. Your pet will stay comfortably indoors in our climate-controlled home, where they’ll have free run of the space throughout their visit. For quiet time or naps, I’ve set up a private suite with a clean, sanitized kennel available whenever they need a little alone time. Meal, food, and treat times are always handled separately to keep things calm and fair for everyone. It’s all part of creating a safe, respectful environment where every pet feels at ease.
“Ray and his family were great!! Our dog seemed like she had the best time and was well taken care of! I loved receiving pictures and updates throughout the day! Will absolutely book again!”

“Leo seemed to have a great time with Alexis! She took good care of him with his separation anxiety. She was communicative beforehand and great at sending updates and photos!”

“Holly was very bright and friendly. My dog played well with the other dogs in her home. She took my dog for walks in the park. She was understanding about my schedule being flexible. I will definitely be asking her to take care of my dog again.”

“Roscoe loves playing with his friends over at Maggie’s! Been doing weekly visits and the pup is always whining to get out of the car as soon as we pull up. Maggie sends pics and videos and is the best with staying ahead of coordinating schedules :).”

“Brynne is an amazing dog caregiver . Picked up my Han and he was happy and worn out from playing ( he has lots of energy) . We will definitely come back when we are back in town . Thank you 😊”

“Mandy was so wonderful this week. Boone came home two days in a row completely exhausted. He loved playing with her pack, and I could tell he was in safe, nurturing, capable hands. I immediately booked her for three more days next week!”

“Julia and Robin and their family are truly the best! They were incredibly flexible with us during the holidays and so good with our little puppy, Daisy! They were so kind to us and so loving with Daisy. We are super grateful!!”

About: I’m an animal lover and I’ve been caring for dogs for over 9 years. I know how important it is for your fur babies to have a loving and caring environment when their owners are away. I currently work a hybrid schedule, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in office, Tuesdays & Thursdays at home. I have a pretty flexible schedule, so I can pay extra attention to your fur baby, be available whenever, and take them out as frequently as needed. I live in a dog friendly apartment complex. I am a very active person who enjoys going on walks frequently and love to play with animals! I enjoy catering to their every need, and showing them care and attention at all times.
About: I have two dogs myself both going to be two in May. I’ve had a multiple different animals growing up. in school to be a veterinarian. I am free in the afternoon after 4pm and during the weekend, I’m free anytime. In the holidays it’s more hard to fit in my schedule, but I try to get as much as I can open so I can help. I make sure that they have the food and water that they need and also the right amount of exercise daily. We have many toys and we have a Dog Park that is really close by to my house and also quite a bit of hikes nearby.
“Cari is so sweet and treats your dog like her own. My dog loved her and they had a great weekend together. I got lots of photos and updates and it made me feel good to see my little pup was having a great time. I highly recommend Cari!!”

North Salt Lake dog parents share their Rover experiences
I was nervous about trying rover again because of a bad experience I had. However, Caileigh and Ryan have been absolutely phenomenal with my dog June! They sent me videos, photos, updates, and even a report card with her bowel activity, meals, and water breaks (something I had not received from the last person I used). June has fallen in love with them and their dogs and I can tell she misses them when we are home. They even cooked chicken and rice for June and their dogs and sent me the video of June eating it. She was in heaven! When I met them they showed me around the yard and we made sure June wasn’t able to escape anywhere. They made an extra effort to blockade one spot in their yard that was a little sketchy and that my dog was very interested in. They are a few of the kindest people I’ve ever met and even went out of their way to help me with an issue I was stressed about. I’m using them weekly while I work a seasonal job, and they’ve put my mind at ease about leaving my dog with a stranger. I hope they never move because I found some very amazing caretakers! If you’re questioning booking with them, don’t! Your dog will be in the best care, and will probably fall in love with them. Highly recommend!
