“Dona took amazing care of my puppy! I was really nervous about leaving him in someone else’s care, but she immediately put my mind at ease. Toby is a Pitbull/Australian Cattle Dog mix and is very high energy. Dona did a fantastic job making sure he got plenty of exercise with daily walks and lots of fetch—his absolute favorite activity. She also sent adorable pictures and kept me updated throughout the day, which I really appreciated. It was obvious that she was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about Toby. When I picked Toby up, Dona gave me a detailed summary of his day and even shared some of the little quirks she had noticed about him and how she adjusted to them. It was clear that she took the time to really get to know Toby and cared for him as if he were her own. About: Can't wait to meet you and your special animal! I would love to take care of your fur baby while you're away. I've watched my friends animals and rover sittings for years. I live in a pet friendly apartment complex in Sugarhouse where we have lots of areas for walks and outdoor fun. Trusting someone with your pet or in your home is never easy, but I would absolutely treat them as my own pets and keep them happy and safe. My work schedule is 4 days on, 3 days off so my availability will only be my days off when I can take care of your pet full time. Animals in my house or care are treated with utmost love. I have the time and availability now for round the clock care so happy to host them at my house or spend time at yours.

About: Hi. I live in Salt Lake City with my sweet cat Salty. I have experience caring for dogs and puppies as well as cats. Since I’ve retired early, I have time for new experiences and to meet awesome pets in new environments. I use a mobility scooter for long distances so walks on sidewalks and flat trails are fine. I’m unfortunately not able to go for walks over rough terrain but I love spending time in the mountains. I have an extensive collection of Airbnb reviews you’re welcome to check out. I’d love to care for your pet and house while you enjoy traveling. I am generally home during the day and night to care for your pet. Overnights at your house are welcome for litter trained or potty trained pets. I have a big but unfenced yard that gets visited by deer and other urban wildlife frequently. I have a leash on a pole outside. I have 2 litter boxes and a door that separates 2 separate spaces in my house. I’m comfortable sitting in the Salt Lake City area for dogs or cats. Unfortunately I can’t take long walks but short walks with my mobility scooter are doable.
