As a bonus, she left our home in even better condition than we left it. Everything was spotless, organized, and clearly cared for. About: I have been pet sitting and walking dogs for family and friends for about seven years. During that time, I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, giving me experience adapting to each pet’s unique needs. Some of the dogs that I’ve regularly cared for include my Mom’s 2- year old Yorkshire Terrier, Monroe, who I watch monthly for around a week at a time, I take to vet appointments, groomer appointments, and walk almost hourly; my family friend’s 15- year old Pit Bull, Poke; another friend’s 18-year old Chihuahua, Seabastian; and my family’s 5 year old dog, Miniboss. I’ve also looked after several other dogs over the years, helping with walks, feeding, playtime, potty training and breaks, and providing companionship while their owners were away. What sets me apart is my patience, reliability, and genuine love for animals. Caring for senior dogs like Poke and Seabastian has taught me to pay close attention to their comfort, routines, and changing needs, while spending time with younger dogs like Monroe and Mini Boss has helped me keep up with energetic play, exercise, and maintaining consistent routines. I understand that every dog is different, so I take the time to get to know each pet’s personality and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, so I always communicate clearly with owners and am happy to provide regular updates and photos. In a client’s home, I treat both their pet and their home with respect. I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, bathroom breaks, freshwater, and lots of affection while maintaining the routine they’re used to. I’m also happy to send regular updates and photos so you can see how well your pet is doing while you’re away. Safety is always my top priority. I pay close attention during walks, make sure doors and gates are secure, and keep a close eye on each pet to ensure they’re happy, healthy, and comfortable. I care for every pet as if they were my own and strive to make every visit a positive experience.

About: I've been my street's resident animal lover since I was a kid. I've always loved being around dogs, cats, snakes, and more, and am always honored when someone trusts me to take care of a part of their family! I have two dogs of my own, and three cats that share my home! Although I technically have no professional experience in this specific area, I promise to give your animal the best care possible! I am currently unemployed, but looking for a part time job, so your pet will be my main focus and I will always put them first! Once I do get a job, I will update this ASAP! I am unavailable for boarding, though I am happy to watch and play with your pets at your house while you are away. I am more than willing to comply with whatever boundaries you set relating to your house and animal. It's most important for you to feel comfortable with who is watching your animals!

I work 100% remotely from home, which allows me to be with the dogs throughout the day. They won’t be left alone for long periods, and I’ll be able to give them plenty of attention, potty breaks, and companionship. My schedule is flexible and my husband also works from home most of the days, so this allows us to follow your dog’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, playtime, and any special care they may need. We understand how important consistency is for pets, and we’ll do our best to help them feel safe, comfortable, and at home while you’re away. We love in a small, clean, pet-friendly apartment in a quiet neighborhood. While we don’t have a yard, we live less than 5 minutes from Sugar House Park, where we take our own dog every day for long walks, exercise, and plenty of time to explore. Any dog staying with us will enjoy regular walks, outdoor time, and lots of attention. We believe that supervised walks and enrichment are a great way to keep dogs happy, healthy, and mentally stimulated, and we’ll make sure your pup gets the exercise and care they need while they’re with us.
