About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my genuine love for animals and over a decade of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. While I don’t have formal training, I’m highly dependable, quick to adapt to each pet’s unique needs and personality, and treat every animal as if they were my own. My focus is always on making pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I have a very flexible schedule to care for pets as a recent college graduate seeking employment. You tell me when you need me and I’ll be there! Taking care of someone’s pet in their home is actually taking care of a pet in their home. It is my priority to know your pets schedule, likes, and dislikes to ensure it’s comfortability while your gone. (Some extra treats too!)

About: I have cared for dogs for 2-3 years give or take. I have worked to give pets the most fun and love while their parents are away. I can also work with your pet on different training skills to ensure they're the best behaved. Lastly, I have most of my day available for a few hours so I can give your pet the attention they deserve for most of the day. I'm a student at the University of Tampa. for most of my week, with the exception of Monday and Wednesday, I only have one class. This gives me the majority of my day to take care of your pets. I don't have any pets with me at college, but when I do care for pets. I follow the instructions given to me on feeding, I give a minimum of 2 walks a day and several smaller outings that allow the pet to go to the bathroom. I play and snuggle with the pets as they please and give treats for good behavior.

“We have used Darlin several times and I simply can’t say enough good things- she’s so kind caring and wonderful with our pets and with our home- highly recommend! Her updates and photos are equally amazing!”

About: Ive taken care of dogs all my life, starting as a little girl with smaller dogs to now my adult life having a 75 lbs rottie mix and a 50 lbs husky mix. I currently work Full Time during the mornings but im available daily anytime after 3pm and also during the weekends, at any time. Hoping to meet new friends! As a owner of reactive dogs, i like to know what triggers the dog. I am always aware of my surroundings, for mine and the dogs safety.

About: I grew up around cats. I got my first dog in 2012 and fell in love with canines. Have sat for many friends over the years. Currently own two cats, and recently learned to care for chickens as well. A friend to animals. Meeting dogs in the wild is usually the highlight of my day. Random encounters with your best friend is the kind of thing I go home and talk about excitedly. I have fairly open availability to hang out with your dogs. Familiar with standard commands and leash use. Comfortable adapting to your pet’s specific needs and training, as not everyone teaches their companion in the same way.

To say he provided superb in house care is an understatement! I can’t stress enough how professional and responsive Victor was during this time. His updates including many photos were very detailed and delivered consistently at the agreed times without fail. In those photos, I saw a very happy dog who was being well cared for played with and loved! The house was left immaculate as well! I highly recommend Victor and am so grateful our girl was in such great hands!!”

Danielle H.
“My family and I refer to Danielle as the dog whisperer. We have two dogs, Max, a laid back black lab, and Marley, a very energetic beagle. Both dogs absolutely adore Danielle. In fact, they often look at me like what are you doing back so soon. Danielle is extremely attentive and focused on the needs of the dogs. She takes them on walks, trips to the dog park and an occasional pup cup from Starbucks. She has had to give Max his meds and has done so with no problem at all. We have hired her to stop over during the day for dog walks, as well as stay overnight when necessary. I have always been impressed with her professionalism, she takes her dog walking / watching duties very seriously. You can count on Danielle to care for your dogs as if they were her own!”

“I’ve seen firsthand how much love and care Zach gives to every dog he meets. Whether it’s their own pup or someone else’s, he treats each one like family — with patience, kindness, and genuine joy. Dogs naturally trust and gravitate toward Zach, and it’s easy to see why. If you’re lucky enough to have Zach care for your dog, you can rest easy knowing they’re in the best hands.”

South Riding pet parents share their Rover experiences
We needed a dog sitter on very short notice, and Abby came through for us in the best way possible. From the moment she walked in, our dogs were instantly comfortable with her—it was clear she has a natural way with animals. She was calm, caring, and attentive, and kept us updated the whole time, which gave us real peace of mind. We're so grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate sitter.

Darlin was fantastic with our pups, as usual! She always sends detailed updates with pictures twice daily that show how happy and loved our dogs are. The house is left perfectly clean after she stays - she is a wonderful and respectful guest! I recommend Darlin to everyone!

Victor did a wonderful job watching our pets and house over Christmas! He was super communicative, followed all of our instructions to the letter, sent us regular updates with photos of the pets, took great care of the pets, and kept the house just as clean as we'd left it. He even washed the guest room sheets! Our dog Ladybug can be a little particular, but he won her over within minutes of the meet and greet and she was clearly very happy to hang out with him while we were away and sad to see him leave after we got back home. And our cats are super shy and skittish, but Victor managed to coax one of them out for pets, a pretty amazing feat. We would absolutely recommend him and hire him again.
