About: I grew up around cats, dogs and hamsters. We have had 2 boxers previously, one of which I have cared for through his late senior years, so I know what extra special care senior animals may need. I am comfortable diaper-changing, walking a their pace and administering medications. I have experience house-sitting and pet-sitting for various pets throughout my life — mostly cats and dogs. My son currently has a Leopard Gecko, so I have some insight into caged reptiles too, but am willing to learn more and care for them too, if needed. I am a Stay-at-Home-Mom with an open schedule. I can easily fit in dog walks, or house-visits to care for a pet. (I have a 1.5 year old daughter who will mostly like need to come with me on these visits.) You can trust me to walk your pet or come pop-in for a visit to feed and care for them. I love all animals and am happy to help them feel loved and less alone while you're gone.
“This was my first time using Rover and I was quite apprehensive. Lauren took great care of my two cats. I was surprised that Mochi, who is usually very shy, warmed up to Lauren very quickly. Next time I have to travel, I can rest easy that they will be in good hands. Highly recommended.”

About: I LOVE dogs of all types, especially medium to large breeds that love to walk. I have owned multiple dogs at one time and we live in a great location, by the river with lots of trails & dog friendly walking terrain. We have a fully fenced yard with lots of room to roam, allowing for frisbee & ball play time keeping the pups & humans engaged. Your fur friend will not be alone & we will offer free pets, walks & play time, as we have a pup as well who is Mr. Social! I’m currently working part time as a fitness coach close by & sub teacher & generally home most of the time. I love medium to large dogs, but just recently lost our 17 year old little dog. I have a fully fenced yard and always monitor our dogs outside. Inside, we use a fenced off area to keep dogs out of kitchen & downstairs. I prefer no dogs on furniture and up to date on vaccines.
“Guanming and wife are great sitters! They are communitive and detail oriented. It was nice to travel knowing my cats were in good hands, and I got lots of good pictures. I would book again and highly recommend!”

“My partner and I were nervous about leaving our two cats for the first time since Covid began, but Amanda’s kind and gentle presence definitely eased our fears! We knew they were in great hands. :)”

About: I've always loved animals, I have my own fur children, a 10-year old Cairn terrier and a 3-year old Husky German Shepherd mix. I'm always the first person neighbors ask to look after their fur babies. I am currently between jobs and so I have open availability and am able to be available with a couple of days notice. This may change as I gain clientele. I like to get a lot of detail so that routines stay consistent and trust is built with your animals. If you have any house rules your pets need to abide by that is also helpful.
About: Caring for animals has always been second nature to me. I genuinely love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and making them feel safe, loved, and understood. I have experience with puppies, seniors, and pets who need a little extra patience—whether it’s for training, medication, or just comfort. I treat every pet like my own, making sure they’re not only cared for, but also feel happy and at home while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily life—I truly enjoy spending time with animals. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to offer consistent, attentive care throughout the week. Whether it’s morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening cuddles, I make time every day to give pets the love, attention, and routine they thrive on. I’m happy to adjust my routine to match your pet’s needs and make them feel comfortable and cared for. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, their safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I create a calm, pet-friendly environment with plenty of supervision, love, and attention. I follow your instructions carefully—sticking to routines, respecting boundaries, and making sure pets feel secure. I build trust by showing up consistently, staying communicative, and treating every animal with patience and care, just like I would with my own.
“Griffin was terrific and we will certainly book again. Great communication, we enjoyed the photos showing us the pets were doing well and it looks like the cats really took to him as well. Wonderful work!”

“Emmaline did a wonderful job checking on our cat each day while we were out of town. Usually our cat hides from strangers and doesn’t always like new people so it made us happy to see photo updates of her up close and hanging around with Emmaline. She made the process and communication easy.”

“Brooke is simply amazing. She came to walk our dog so last minute and really saved the day for us. She is so sweet and very communicative. She was also so good with our pup who can be very shy. She took her for a long walk and made sure to clean her paws. I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone. Brooke is wonderful!”

“Stef did a wonderful job caring for our two kitties while we were away on a short trip. She was extremely communicative and great at sending pictures which helped us feel at ease while away from home. We definitely plan on reaching out to her for future visits.”

“We have been very happy with Lexi’s care of our pets and always recommend her when we hear someone is looking for a sitter. Our cats look extremely happy in the photos she sends us and we know the experience is much less stressful for them than being boarded at the place we used prior to signing up to Rover.”

I am capable of administering medications, maintaining individual hygiene routines, adhering to your pet's special diet, and whatever else might be needed. I look forward especially to the cuddles and playtime.
“very good with my kittens, very professional, definitively recommended. always on time and very attentive to messages. I would leave her taking care of my kittens again. Thankyou so much!!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Snoqualmie
Darcie was fantastic! She came by in the afternoon’s to help us with our elderly dog when we were out of town on vacation. Darcie even went above and beyond as our house lost power for several hours during the winter and she took our dog with her to help keep him warm. Highly recommend Darcie and we will definitely use her again if she is available in the future!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
