“Kim hosted a great stay for our 14 lb dog for an extended weekend! Her communication and response time is exceptional, she keeps a very clean and organized home, and sends lots of pictures. She also has a fenced in yard with chicken wire along the bottom to prevent escapees. Heads up that she may use doggie diapers at the beginning, until your dog learns the routine and understands where to go to ask to go out, JIC your dog has an aversion to clothes. Grateful to have her nearby!”

About: I grew up around cats, dogs and hamsters. We have had 2 boxers previously, one of which I have cared for through his late senior years, so I know what extra special care senior animals may need. I am comfortable diaper-changing, walking a their pace and administering medications. I have experience house-sitting and pet-sitting for various pets throughout my life — mostly cats and dogs. My son currently has a Leopard Gecko, so I have some insight into caged reptiles too, but am willing to learn more and care for them too, if needed. I am a Stay-at-Home-Mom with an open schedule. I can easily fit in dog walks, or house-visits to care for a pet. (I have a 1.5 year old daughter who will mostly like need to come with me on these visits.) I think we fall in love with almost all of them! I absolutely love dogs! Sadly in October of 2024 my dog of 15 years passed away. We are ready and available to love and support your pup while you are away. It can be stressful having you fur baby go to a new place; rest assured they are in loving and capable hands. We strive to ensure the adjustment to a new place is as easy as possible on your pet. We generally only take 2 pets at a time so there is plenty of time and energy to ensure your pet gets all the love, care, exercise and attention they need! We have been enjoying caring for your pets so much the past year with Rover. Preference for dogs who are good with other dogs, house trained and medium energy requirements. Let’s talk and see if we are a good fit! I am currently working part-time with a flexible schedule and my partner is an animal lover who works from home. We currently have no pets living in the home so plenty of space and time for your family member! Walk or run we’ll have a great time. I am a full time student but working online, so I have a flexible schedule to make time for walks. No more than an hour at a time please. The animals have always come first in my life. I know enough from my time with my own animals to spot injuries, read emotions, and how to react to every situation.

“Such an amazing stay! My 11m old puppy hasn’t been away from me that often and I was a bit worried in the beginning. Their big yard and all the doggy friends made it a dog park for my Yumi, she had so much fun even in this Seattle weather! I am especially thankful for Janessa’s work to settle her inside and during the night, since Yumi is still a curious puppy. Would recommend this place 100%! Yumi didn’t want to come home with me at the end 🤣”
“This was Rufio's second time staying with Liz and he was so excited to see her when we arrived for drop-off! Everything was just as fabulous as his first stay. Liz is very thoughtful in her care approach and we greatly appreciated all the photos and updates! Also, it was very hot while we were gone and she was wonderful adjusting his schedule to make sure he stayed out of the high heat while still getting lots of exercise, we're very grateful for all she does!”

“we are very happy to have Helen looking after our dog. She sent us pictures and updates all through our long vacation. Helen got it right with her clever and stressless process of handling over the dog. For the first couple hours she made it a priority to focus on my dog to make sure he was comfortable and relax as this was our first stay. Helen gave us the much needed updates of my dog's first day with her. This did set us up for a good start with our vacation. My dog seemed skinnier and quiet and somewhat blanked. After a day or two he is pretty much back to his old naughty self. We would definitely call on Helen with our next dog stay. ”
