About: I have always been passionate about animal care, specifically dogs. I have 3.5 years of veterinary technician experience and have also worked at boarding facilities such as Pet Paradise. I am a student at Saint Louis University majoring in Biology, furthering my education in animal behavior. I enjoy jogging in my spare time, and have the stamina needed to play with or jog with pets. I am available on weekends during the day and most evenings. There’s nothing I love more than taking care of pets! I look forward to taking care of your fur babies! I am a current graduate student, and therefore am working several hours a day during the week, but I am available most nights and on the weekends anytime! I am a helicopter parent when it comes to my own dog, and treat other pets with the same level of care and caution. I love sending pictures (if allowed) to ensure great care, and frequently keeps owners updated on how their fur babies are doing.
“Lauryn has been great to work with and she shows a genuine love for my sons Mini Ausie Shepherd. We will continue to utilized Lauryn through March. I very highly recommend her”

“Celeste was great, we came home to a happy, spoiled kitty! Celeste sent great daily updates with photos and kept our spicy spunky Frankie entertained. Highly recommend and would book again!”

“Mike was wonderful with our four dogs. They were well cared for and happy upon our return. It is a relief to have someone that our Dowee could warm up to. We plan to utilize Mike’s services again.”

“Eleanor was very responsible and our family felt like she was taking care of our dogs well. We got photos of them every day we were away. She was great about responding and getting in touch with any questions or concerns in a timely matter. We will definitely rebook with her in the future.”

“This man is a gentleman and a scholar. He followed instructions to the letter and took excellent care of my boy Percy. Next time I need someone to look after him I will be using stephen!”

About: Growing up, there was never a time when there wasn’t a dog in the house, and I have been a cat mom for going on five years, so I am very understanding of the care that comes with each animal. Additionally, I have experience with puppies/kittens all the way to senior pets and know that each require personalized care (and I have no problem giving it). As an added bonus, I live with my partner, who also is a dog dad and everyday he gives his dog daily vitamins to stay happy and healthy. Plus he used to work at a wild life rehabilitation center, so he is very familiar with how to care for all animals, regardless of species, age or health. I work a hybrid schedule and currently have every other Friday off so I have plenty of time to care for your best friend. My work also allows employees to bring their dogs to work, if it’s something you’re comfortable with, I would love to show off your doggo! I am available for drop off/pickup anytime on weekends and after 5pm on weekdays. Plus my partner is a graduate student, so he comes home throughout the day to care for his own dog. I have a fenced in yard, so there are no worries when it comes to potty or play. Plus, I live with a very playful dog who can’t wait to spend time with your doggo! I also have a cat who is very tolerant of dogs (she probably won’t play, but doesn’t mind their presence). She is also very comfortable around other cats, she’s a tad shy so another playmate will probably do her some good!

“Sarah is a very responsive and attentive sitter! We have an anxious, medium-sized dog, and she’s taken to Sarah very quickly. Sarah sends detailed updates and we’re excited to have her continue dropping in on Hazel.”

“Haley took great care of Bia. She was easy to communicate with, easygoing and hit it off with Bia the instant they met. I felt totally confident that Bia was in good hands with Haley!”

About: Pet Care Experience Description: I’ve been around dogs since I was young, but last year I adopted my son, Chino, and it’s been an incredible experience caring for him. I absolutely love being part of his life and taking care of him, whether it’s going on adventures or simply spending time together. While I always bring Chino along, there are times when I need extra help with his care. As a passionate dog lover, I understand that you may need someone trustworthy to look after your furry friend while you’re away, or just to give them some quality time while you run errands. I’d love to offer your dog a safe and fun place to stay, ensuring they feel loved and cared for just like my own. How Pet Care Fits Into My Routine: I have a flexible job that allows me to easily adjust my schedule. Once I know the dates and duration for caring for your dog, I can plan my work around it. This means I can be fully present with your furry friend, giving them all the attention, love, and care they deserve while you’re away. Whether it’s a few hours or a few days, I can ensure that your dog has a safe, comfortable, and fun experience with me! I believe every pawrents has their own unique routine and structure for caring for their dog, and I always respect that. When taking care of your pet, I’ll follow your guidelines first and foremost, ensuring I stick to what your dog is used to. If you’re flexible or haven’t set specific routines, I will care for them as I do for my own dog, Chino. I make sure he has plenty of playtime, exercise, and love, and I will do the same for your dog—keeping them engaged, happy, and well-cared for throughout their stay. Whether in my home or yours, I’ll create a safe, fun, and loving environment tailored to your pet’s needs.
“As always Heather is great with both our cats - the new one who loves to help her with all the activities she's doing (the litter, feeding, etc) and the old one chats to her the entire time about he can't believe we left him (AGAIN) with the new one who is now his cross to bear all by himself.”

Candela is such an amazing dog sitter! She came over to meet Auggie ahead of her first time watching him. She gave him lots of cuddles, refilled his water, and gave him multiple opportunities to go outside while I was away at work. She is a great communicator and followed all of my instructions. Auggie was visibly happy in the photos she sent and clearly became quick friends with Candela! Very glad to have found her to take care of Auggie on a weekly basis! Highly recommend!!

Katie is amazing with my pets! She takes time to play with them every time she visits. I have a senior diabetic dog, and she works her magic and gets him to eat every time. She gives him his insulin shot, and I know he’s in great hands. It’s hard for me to find people who my senior dog will warm up to, and let them give him his injection. She does an amazing job taking care of him. She gives my dogs so much love and I appreciate her communication and report cards and photos! I can’t recommend her enough!

Brooke was an amazing Rover sitter! She took excellent care of Bessie and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. She sent regular updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that Bessie was happy, comfortable, and getting lots of love and attention. Brooke was reliable, communicative, and treated Bessie like one of her own. We came home to a happy, relaxed Bessie, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely book with Brooke again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and dependable pet sitter!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
