I was worried about being gone for a week but Kelly was very reassuring and capable. She came by every other day to check on them and play with them. Kelly was great and cleaned it up after letting me know about it. Our return was delayed due to the Southwest flights meltdown and we had to drive home. I enjoy hanging out and taking care of pets more than anything and I’d love to make sure your animals get genuine care that leaves them with the ability to live a long, happy, and healthy life! When I am home from college during spring break, summer, and winter break, my schedule is moderately flexible. I am able to fit in pet care whenever and have plenty of time to play with and take care of my cats and dogs every day. When I am at your home I will make sure it is a safe environment for the animals and that there is nothing they can be harmed by. Lillian was GREAT!!!! She was there on short notice and able to change her schedule to accommodate watching my pup! Anytime I needed to reach out she responded very quickly and kept me updated as well. Willow loves walks and attention and she got all of it def will use Lillian again for my baby.
Nicole did a fabulous dog with our 2 pugs. She is meticulous and shows up on time, every time. Our one pug can be very finicky and does not like to walk. But Nicole is patient and gentle. She always follows my instructions. The dogs love her. I would highly recommend her. She did drop in visits to let the dogs out of their crates, when I was gone from home 8 hours. She also sat outside, under their favorite tree, and let them observe their world.
This was my first time using Rover to have someone check on my dogs. I was a bit nervous of how it would go since my dogs get scared easily of new people, but Karen was very patient and attentive with them and overall did a fantastic job! She provided updates during each of the check ins and bonded with the dogs as the days went by.
