“Tori did a wonderful job taking care of our fur-kid, Franklin, and our home while we were gone. She was great about sending photos and reaching out to me if she had any questions. Franklin completely took to her and was as normal as could be when we got home after a week away. (He's 8 mos old and this was his first experience being left with a sitter.) Cara went the extra mile to reassure me (an anxious person who has only had friends and family pet sit before) and keep me updated on the goings on of each of my pets (with the most adorable pictures!) so that I had the peace of mind to enjoy my vacation. I have traditionally used a boarding facility, but i always worry about the dogs just being in a kennel for long hours. I tried Rover for the very first time, and Abigail was great. She followed all the instructions we left for our girl’s care, the house was clean and everything in good shape and we received lots of updates, photos and videos. She really took the time to get to know Jenny so she’d be able to provide what she needed dependent on her (our dog’s) moods and needs. We will certainly use Natalee for any future trips and would absolutely recommend her!”
