Animals have always held a special place in our heart, so we take great care when it comes to the care of people's pets. We are very careful to carry out instructions by pet owners. We are very sensitive to animals' needs, both in providing responsible physical care, and emotional reassurance which may be needed when their owners are not at home. We both have 9 years of experience in animal care. Chris has volunteered at various animal shelters, some of his favorite experiences being Animal Rescue New Orleans and Friends of Greyhounds in South Florida. Sam worked as a vet tech for a number of years, gaining tons of experience with all kinds of pets, including pets with special needs and administering medication. We are also experienced in dog training, which makes us a top candidate to work with puppies.

Safety, trust & environment
We follow all detailed instructions you give us in regards to home care. We want to make sure to care for your pup as you would. If there are any rules (i.e. no jumping on the couch, sleeping in the crate, etc) we will follow them to a T. When boarding, we have two pups of our own that are pretty happy to hang out with medium/small dogs but they have their own space in our bedroom that they can hang out in if they need to be separated. Any pets that stay in our home will not be allowed to sleep in our room/our bed but we will have accommodations right outside our bedroom so we won’t be far away. They can also hang out with us anywhere else in the house that we are. All pets need to be vaccinated and be on flea and tick medication.

Chris was amazing! Great communication and some great pics of our pups enjoying their time with him. Our pups were relaxed and happy when we came home and our house was spotless. This was our first experience with Chris and Rover, but it most certainly will not be our last.
As a first-time Rover user, I was a little anxious about the prospect of leaving my dog with people I didn’t know very well. Samantha and Christopher did an amazing job putting that anxiety to rest by keeping me in the loop the whole time. They were extremely professional and took some incredible photos of my dog clearly having a blast.
Chris always takes the best care of our girls! He is our first call whenever we need someone to drop in to let the dogs out😊
Sam and Chris were amazing! I received multiple updates throughout the day along with cute videos. This was their first time watching my fur kids, and I was out of town with little cell service. I fully trusted them to take great care of the animals and our home. The house was immaculate when I got home, and the babies were as happy as could be!
Very good about sending updates, pictures and videos! Highly recommend

Schedule
We both currently do pet care full time which means we can allot lots of snuggle time with your pet! We’ll always be upfront about our schedules and what a typical day will look like with us and your pup. If your pup needs constant care (i.e. no more than two hours alone) additional fees will apply. We guarantee during house sittings/boarding that your pet won’t be alone for more than 5 hours at a time. For Doggy Daycare: Daycare hours are from 7am-7pm. Pick-up or drop-off any earlier or later will incur a half day charge. For Boarding: Our hours are from 7am-7pm. Pick-up or drop-off any earlier or later will incur a half day charge. For House Sitting: Our hours are from 7am-7pm. If you need us to come any earlier or later, you will incur a half day charge.
