“Sonja was amazing!! She did a great job taking care of my cat. She was so easy to communicate with and made the whole experience so easy. I would highly recommend her!!”

“She was excellent. Had her stop by 2x a day. I have an elderly dog and she has a picky routine. Sady would let me know any issues and work with any suggestions I had. I will definitely use her again.”

“Brooke did a wonderful job of dropping by and taking care of our 3 cats. Even the super shy one she tried her best to connect with and give special attention. For the 2 more forward cats, it was apparent when we got home just how well they handled their first time away from us. She kept us updated on how they all three were doing, and went above and beyond caring for them! All the pictures she sent back really put our minds at ease that they were doing great while we were away. We will definitely be booking with Brooke again for future trips away from home.”

“Katie took wonderful care of our two dogs, making sure they had ample breaks during the day, sticking to their schedule and going above and beyond to make sure the pups were comfortable while we were gone. A+ all around, thank you Katie!!!”

“Lauren was great! She saved me from worrying about my cats. She was always on time with visits and provided information for every visit. I felt our cats were well cared for...clean and happy! We also looked forward to the daily pictures! Thank you!!!”

“Olivia took great care of my cat while I was gone. She was very easy to book with, kept me up-to-date, and even got my shy and sometimes stubborn cat to take her medicine. I will definitely be booking with Olivia again in the future when I go out of town.”

“Katie was an amazing cat sitter! She took excellent care of our cat and made him feel loved and cared for while we were gone on our trip. I highly recommend Katie for all your pet sitting needs and we will definitely be rebooking Katie for our future pet sitting needs! Thank you, for taking such great care of our furry boy!”

“We always know our floofs are in the best hands with Heather checking in on them each day! The little details about her visits and the photos she sends show us how happy they are, even when we’re not there.”

“They did a wonderful job caring for our pets while we were on vacation. They kept us updated on their behavior and reached out when any issues came up. Would definitely hire again for future pet-sitting needs.”

About: Welcome! I’m a huge animal lover. After being the go to sitter for many of my friends and gaining a bit more flexibility in my schedule, I decided to expand my services to Rover ☺️ I’m the pet parent to two cats, Kilgore and Corndog. They’ve been with me since around 2018 and they are my world! 🌍 I know you like feel the same way about your animal companions I like to go above and beyond making sure your pets basic needs are being taken care of. I want to ensure that they are happy and given comfort while you’re away. 🐶 🐱 It’s important you get your pet the right sitter. Availability can play a huge factor in that! I work a part time job. I mostly work openings which means my work day starts as early as 430 am. As of 4/16/2026, the number of openings I work will be reduced. My shifts will still remain in the early morning/ afternoon. I work no longer than a 7 hour window of time, sometimes my shifts are as short as 4 hours. I live in the Lindenwood Park area. I get around by e-bike and public transport, so my service radius stays close to home. I like this because I get to know my neighbors and community! 🏘️ But please consider this before booking me if you require tight time constraints. Sometimes weather/public transport/rides can cause delays. I always get to my destination in the end. Dog walking/Pet Drop Ins: 🦮 My days off can be a bit unpredictable, thus I’m currently unavailable for daily walks/drop ins. If you need a back up walker or only need walks done sporadically, I’m here for you to contact! I still like to do meet and greets when possible, but may be available with short notice I’d like to know your pets routines. When do they eat or walk or play. Let me know about any medical concerns, conditions, or treatments. I’ll try my best to keep their routine as consistent as possible. Since I’m sitting your home as well, let me know if there’s anything I need to know or do (when to roll trash bins to the curb, where to put any mail/packages you receive) 🚮📪 For my own comfort I require a sleeping area that is prepped with fresh sheets and pillow cases. Leaving your space in a condition of general cleanliness is also essential, I promise to do the same 🙂
“Lauryn has been great to work with and she shows a genuine love for my sons Mini Ausie Shepherd. We will continue to utilized Lauryn through March. I very highly recommend her”

“Anne was really sweet and caring with Miss kitty. She has very friendly personality and You can tell she loves animals I totally feel comfortable with her caring for Miss kitty.”

“Allison is a wonderful cat sitter! I booked Allison for 9 days of drop-in visits to keep my cats food, water, and litter refreshed but she went above and beyond! 1. Expect great photos of your cats. Every day I looked forward to seeing cute pictures of my cats. 2. Allison truly loves cats and understands cat social behavior. During her orientation visit, Allison was clearly very observant of our cats' boundaries and allowed them to make the first contact. By the time she left the orientation, they were sleeping on the floor/couch without a care in the world. Missing parents is already a stress for cats. Given this, introducing a stranger to your home is a tough decision to make but I could already tell I had nothing to worry about and that showed in her updates and especially the photos shared. 3. Allison will keep your cats stimulated! Our cats are very human-oriented and get very antsy when they're parents are out of town. Allison takes time during her drop-in visits to play with them and give them the affection they crave. 4. Allison makes sure you come home to a place exactly as you left it. She took the trash out when it needed. She kept the floor around the litterbox clean from litter. Before now, I've never left home for such a period and come back to a place so clean! Some notes specific to this particular booking: We had a power outage for 4 (or 5?) consecutive days while we were away. Allison made an extra drop-in to check on the cats after the storm because she sensed our power was likely out. She cracked some windows and paid close attention to the cats' comfort throughout the power outage. This was a complete curveball and I'm so glad I chose Allison for this booking. When she says "Pets = unconditional love!" she means it! Everything Allison does in service of your pets. I would re-book based on my previous notes alone, but she handled this power outage so well it's not even a question!”

About: Done dog sitting for a while now. Grew up with dogs, boxers to be specific…. What a great breed! We lost our 15 year old Heidi last April, we were lucky to get that many years with her :) I am currently working full time, my children are all adult except our 11 year old, which leaves spare time for us in the afternoons and weekends. Would be super nice to have a doggie to cuddle with :) We have a back yard but it’s not fenced in. Have a cat and my stepdaughter has a 1 year old puppy. It would work out really well for me to come to the clients house as well.
About: Currently live in south city. We enjoy endless number of walks around the neighborhood, indoor playtime with a collection of toys, and a fenced yard to freely run around. If your dog stays here, Ozzie, Louie, and I will welcome him/her with open paws. Ozzie is great at adjusting his level of energy to the other dog no matter the size or temperament. Louie also gets along with other dogs; just has a lot of energy. I give him free range of the house (still under a watchful eye and sense of what he's doing), so would prefer dogs that are at least house trained. You can count on receiving plenty of photos during their stay. I work from home full time during the week, but my schedule is super flexible. Same applies to drop off and pickup times as well Fenced in yard with free range of the house and furniture. When not home, I’ll confine them in the living room and kitchen. No crates needed unless he or she is more comfortable in it.
Affton pet parents share their Rover experiences
Heather is not only being super reliable and a great communicator. She knows my cats 🐈⬛ so well that they’re very calm (except the new one when he’s being a busy boy (since he’s a kitten 🐈⬛)) and when we come home, they’re happy to see us, but you can tell they’re not anxious or been concerned at all. She is a super sitter.

Rachelle immediately bonded with our Toy Doodle and Balinese kitty! Many times while we are out of town, our dog goes on a hunger strike. But she felt so comfortable with Rachelle that she ate her food every night (!) and both of them love their visits with her!

Carolyn is an amazing pet sitter/walker. I have a difficult pup with a lot of anxiety. Carolyn is so patient with her and does such a great job reading her body language and mood. Carolyn knows exactly how to interact with my pup to give her time to potty and as much attention as she’s willing to take. Treats definitely help. Carolyn is also reliable and communicative, which I really appreciate. The photos, videos, and other updates give me peace of mind while I’m at work. Highly recommend Carolyn if you’re looking for a pet sitter.

Lauren was wonderful! She took great care of our cat while we were away and sent updates that really helped us relax knowing everything was going well at home. She was reliable, kind, and clearly loves animals. Our cat was comfortable and well cared for, which means a lot to us. We’re very grateful for her help and would happily book with her again. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Diane went above and beyond to make certain my Sheltie and Ragdoll cat were well taken care of, loved and happy. I especially enjoyed the pics of Charlie she would send twice a day. I know now who to request when I need someone to care for them again. Thanks Diane!
