It was clear our dog was incredibly well cared for — he got plenty of walks, playtime with his toys, and lots of attention. Honestly, he looked sad when Brad left! Brad also left our home neat and spotless, which we really appreciated. We feel like we hit the jackpot with Brad. We were sold. He was able to deal with their food which is several steps because they get fresh food, kibble, and supplements as well as a cat who gets meds with meals and a pill once a day. “Bridget did a wonderful job with both our cat and dog. She went above and beyond with regards to sending photos, keeping us up to date on everything, and making sure our pets were happy. It was visible in the photos how comfy and content our pets were with her. She even did arts and crafts with them and took Letti to get ice cream. On top of all this, Bridget was watching our pets at a point where the cat and dog were getting used to living with one another, and she did a wonderful job giving them supervised interactions and continuing our socialization for both of them while we were gone. Claire was wonderful with Macy! We loved the connection they made, and Claire’s maturity and thoughtfulness gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She paid attention to Macy’s routine, kept us updated, and went above and beyond by tidying up, washing the towels she used, and bringing in our mail and packages. Alexandra watched my German Shepherd and senior cat while I was away for a float trip over the weekend. Even though she knew I would be in an area with limited cell reception, she took the time to send pictures and updates a few times a day so they’d arrive when I did have service. I could tell that my printed care instructions were followed because they were checked off and notes added where needed. Alexandra also went the extra mile and took the time to brush my cat, strip the bedding off the bed, and leave a written note before she left. Would highly recommend Alexandra as a petsitter!
