WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE ME OVER OTHER PROVIDERS? I love being on Rover. Meeting great people who love their animals so much has been an amazing experience. I've met some really wonderful people and I hope that you'll be one of them. I'm a little more expensive on Rover than some others. It has to do with years of experience and knowledge of care. Sitting for you is not just about the quality care you and your pet(s) will get, but the honesty and maturity you'll get from a person who's older and knows how to handle varied situations. Aside from loving and having animals my whole life (all 50 years of it), I carry certifications in animal care and behavior; as well as canine/feline CPR training. I've cared for animals all of my life, but more specifically I have been part of in animal rescue for over 15 years, providing care, treatment, and a safe and loving home for foster animals of all sizes and temperaments. I have taken in and rehomed hundreds of animals who were abused, neglected, abandoned, had medical issues, etc. Additionally, I trained PTSD Veteran Service Dogs (5 of them) who went to carry on the important act of being support to our returning military veterans. Communication between the owner and myself is key. I send pictures, videos, texts, etc of what your pet is up to on a regular basis! You will always know what's happening :) While some might find this irritating, I know that for others it puts your mind at ease so that you can enjoy your time away knowing that your pet is having a great time by playing, cuddling, walking, getting their needs met, etc. And, it's kind of fun seeing what your pet does when you're not around and they're entertaining another person. Ha! When sitting in your home, I go to great lengths to make sure your fur family is treated to the love and care they are accustomed to. I like to mimic their current routine as much as possible and provide extra exercise the first day or 2 of the stay. Why? Routine and exercise (however mild) helps to limit anxiety (especially separation anxiety), which can happen if they're not used to their owner leaving very often. I do a meet and greet before every booking. Having confidence in your provider is key to you having a great time, knowing that everything is going to be grrrreat! I work full time. For some pets this is not ideal. For others, they are used to their owners working as well. Or you may have a plan for someone to check on them mid-way through the day. If you need someone full time in your home during the weekdays, I probably I'm not the right choice. If your pet needs medical care, let me know. I can provide medication (pills, injections, creams). Rebecca was absolutely fantastic! This was our first Rover experience and it couldn't have gone better for us. With having 5 dogs and 2 cats boarding is never an option . Rebecca met with us twice beforehand to help make us comfortable and go over all instructions. Such a wonderful person to work with! I cant say enough about how relaxed and confident everything was going to be fine while we were gone. Will absolutely use her again for any and all pet sitting needs.
Rebecca is fantastic with Biscuit! He loves when she comes over. She is very thorough and get to know your pet's schedule/routine well. She also keeps you well updated and treats your pet like her own. 10/10!

I don’t think we could’ve picked a sitter more perfect than Rebecca! Rebecca is so kind and knowledgeable about dogs and even offered some good advice with training. This is my first time having someone housesit instead of boarding. Rebecca was respectful of our home and left it exactly how she found it. The dogs absolutely loved her and had a great time with her. We received lots of pictures and updates throughout the time we were gone, which I loved. I will absolutely use Rebecca again!
Rebecca is FANTASTIC!! She was very communicative and bonded with my pup so quickly. Would 100% have her again as a sitter!

Your pet will be cared for in a manner that is consistent with it's current schedule. We'll discuss this upon your and your pets arrival so that we can replicate it as closely as possible.
