I am late to bed and early to rise which is helpful for tricky schedules. I walk my dog several times a day and we play as much as her little legs can handle, so I definitely have to energy to spend. Weekdays I spend 3 hours a day in a classroom setting, flexible to be AM or PM. Weekends I have no set obligations currently, willing to make changes to my schedule if needed.

I currently only have one dog, a chihuahua- Queen of my fenced in yard. She has a feeding schedule of twice a day. We use specific words- “cookie” for instance instead of treat. That would be something to learn as all families are different with terminologies. Multiple walks a day or just playtime if we’re not feeling like stretching the little legs. My dog has care at my home if I would be caring for pets at their homes. We enjoy cooking dinner every night (she watches me cook) and snuggles with a good episode on HGTV in bed.

Every pet parent is the same (myself included). Meeting your best friend and learning their favorite treats, medical conditions I need to be aware of, and daily routine, are just some of the boxes to check off to provide an excellent experience.

A typical day with your pet would include, but not be limited to- belly rubs, games with the favorite toy, finding all the trees that other dogs have visited, and hearing over and over what a good dog/cat they are. If I get the opportunity to stay with your pet, they will stay occupied between playing outside and snuggling up to watch a show with me during dinner. I guarantee they will feel loved and safe.

I received my first puppy at 14, trained 4 dogs- all from different breeds and sizes. I say 20 years experience because I have always had a love for dogs and enjoy them at every age. I have walked, fed, bathed, house-sat, and loved & cuddled on those fur-babies! Friends, family members, co-workers, friends of family, you name it, I’ve cared for their pups.

I strongly recommend Anna because she is intuitive and thoughtful and keeps her eyes open for anything that may be different than before, and lets the pet owner know of changes or questions. She really cares about doing the best possible job.

Anna is fantastic! I scheduled her without much notice and she was flexible in meeting our dogs needs. She came over to meet the dogs in advance and did a great job of letting them get used to her. She has a way with them! My youngest pup is usually reactive around strangers and new people and he took to her so easily. She balanced giving each of our dogs exactly what they needed when we were not there to do so! We would 100% book Anna again and plan for her to be our first call for future pet sitting/walking needs
