I have a very flexible schedule. I am unfortunately allergic to cats so I can only manage 30 minute drop in visits for them. Please verify the address on your profile is up to date - I’ve been sent to many old addresses and then attempted to access the wrong house so please double check :) Also: often I do make exceptions that may differ from the availability set on my profile. I potentially will travel slightly further than my radius, and for repeat clients if it shows I am unavailable on a day you need, shoot me a message to see if I’m actually unavailable or just ~slowing down~ my schedule. For boarding pricing just message me and we can discuss!

For walks I really like to focus on “scent walks.” I’d rather take the approach that doesn’t just try to walk the furthest distance in the amount of time we have and rather that the pup is getting mental enrichment and stimulation by allowing their nose to lead the way. As for as weather conditions: Hot - I will keep their paws on grass instead of pavement, stick to the shade as much as possible and take breaks when needed. I will use my discretion if the walk needs to be cut short to not interfere with the dogs health when temps are above 85 and below freezing.

Let me know if your dog has any preferences or triggers so I can make sure to keep them happy and safe! It’s always good to know how they do when approaching other walkers or dogs and if it’s best if I cross the street instead. Feel free to let me know if they love cuddles and I’ll make sure to give them lots!
A typical day
A dogs natural instincts can sometimes be discouraged so I like to be the walker who will provide outlets where they can be themselves in a safe and productive way. I like to see them dig and sniff and chase after squirrels since that’s all in their DNA. I am very good at making sure they aren’t ingesting anything dangerous while on walks. I’m quick to wrangle it out of their mouths if they get that far.

My childhood was full of animals - wild and domestic! I have one mini dachshund, Dante. I really cherish all animal life (okay maybe except for spiders). I also volunteer with an independent wildlife rehaber. I have clients who have me take their pets to vet/grooming appointments or do doggy daycare drop offs/pick ups too so I’m here to help with all pet needs!
