About: I started walking my neighbors dogs when I was 10. I have always had at least two dogs in my home growing up, and have experience walking, feeding, and bathing all types and ages of dogs. I have experience with senior dogs and love walking and relaxing with all kinds of pets! I am a graduate student, so my schedule is rather flexible. I have availability some weekends. I have my own car and try to be flexible 😊 please reach out! I love to go for walks and talking care of your pet would be a pleasure. The care I provide for pets depends on the needs of the specific pet. I walk dogs on leash and have experience staying in others homes and caring for their dog as requested. I also have experience feeding, administering medicine, and crating as necessary. I am very respectful of other people’s spaces and always am clean.

For the past several years, family members, neighbors, and friends in the St. Louis area have trusted me to check in on their dogs, feed them, play with them, stay overnight when needed, and make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while their people are away. About: I’ve been dog sitting for my neighbors since I was in elementary school. I have also owned my own dogs for all of my life. I pride myself on ensuring that every dog I take care of is given above average care. I make sure that they are walked everyday I am taking care of them and also play with them on top of that. I’ve also helped in the process of raising a puppy, which has taught me even more about what dogs require. I don’t have as much experience with cats but I was a cat sitter for my neighbor throughout all of elementary school and middle school (they moved away). I’m a college student so when I’m home for the summer the only things I have are my part time job. This means I’m very openly available to check on the pets, walk them, and play with them. I typically go to the gym every morning, so they’ll be up early and fed early. I will also walk them daily so they’ll get plenty of exercise throughout the day. I provide reliable, attentive care to each pet i care for. In my home, I create a calm, safe environment with plenty of supervision, lots of bathroom trips, playtime, and rest. There are no kids in my house so it is a very comfortable and calm environment. Even when everyone is home, it’s a comfortable and calm space. In a client’s home, I stick closely to the normal schedule so your pet is as comfortable as possible. I’m respectful of your home, keep things clean, and send regular updates with photos so you are confident your pet is being taken good care of. My goal is always to make your pet feel as comfortable and loved as possible while you’re gone.

About: My pet care experience includes not only caretaking for my own dog and family friend's dogs over the years, but I also worked for a pet boarding and daycare facility for 2 years. This exposed me to knowledge about dog behavior, caretaking, playtime, and important details like specific needs of medicine and feeding methods for each dog in the facility of roughly 130 dogs. Additionally, my pup Bella has had a lifelong experience of many diagnoses such as mega-esophagus, acid reflux, and environmental allergies which have all required very specific feedings and medicines for her. Safe to say after all of these formative experiences, I'm very attentive to all specifics that your pup needs while you are away and happy to do it!! I'm a lifelong animal lover and I love to treat my pup like royalty (as shown in my pictures), because she is one of the most important things in my life. I will treat your pup with the same love and care as my own because they deserve it <3 I'm currently job searching for an additional part-time role to do with Rover, so my availability is pretty open right now for dog walking, dog sitting, etc. Before I do any caretaking for your dog, I do require meeting the dog(s) with the owner present on a separate day to make sure the dog is familiar and comfortable with me before I come over to take care of the dog(s). When I come over to your house to either walk or dog sit, I will first make sure I read all instructions carefully for what the pet owner wants & needs for their pup. Then, I will walk/dog-sit with them and send you some pictures of your pet to give you updates on how they are doing. I love it when people send me pictures/updates while I'm away from my dog, because it makes me feel secure knowing they are living well. Please let me know if you would like this or prefer not. Lastly, I will give them some pets and cuddles as desired and some play time so they have some enrichment time while I'm over. And of course, will make sure to lock up the house as instructed by the pet owner.

I stay in your home so your pet can remain in a familiar environment, which helps them feel comfortable while you're away. I follow all feeding schedules, provide fresh water, take them outside for potty breaks as often as needed, and make sure they get plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection. If your pet has any medications or special care instructions, I'm happy to follow those as well. I'll also keep your home clean and respect it as if it were my own, and I'm happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away.
