About: I have taken care of dogs since I was about 14 years old. I grew up around a family pet and then in college dog sat for family and friends. Since moving into my teaching and now administration career I have a few friends and family that have continued to rely on me to help walk, care for, and watch their pets when it is needed. I currently work full time but would love the opportunity to continue to help others in need of pet care. I do not work far from my home and spend most weekends playing with my own pup. I have plenty of space and a yard for your furry family. I also have a 2 year pup of my own that loves all animals. He gets along with all dogs and even cats!
“We have used Jolene’s “Stop By” service several times now, while away on vacation, and she does a great job every time! Highly recommend! Thank you for taking such great care of Malkina Jolene!”

About: I’ve been caring for pets since I was 10 years old and have experience with a wide variety of animals, including both dogs and cats. Over the years, I’ve helped with everything from daily walks and drop-in visits to overnight house sitting. I was a regular sitter on my neighborhood’s babysitting and pet-sitting list for years before moving to St. Louis last year. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and take pride in being reliable, attentive, and making sure every pet is comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away. I am currently on break from college at USC so I will have plenty of time to take care of and spend time with your pets! I take the time to learn each pet’s routine and follow all care instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and any special needs. I treat every home with respect and will keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
“Katie took wonderful care of our two dogs, making sure they had ample breaks during the day, sticking to their schedule and going above and beyond to make sure the pups were comfortable while we were gone. A+ all around, thank you Katie!!!”

About: I've had my dog Stella since she was 3 months old, and she's turning six now. I grew up always owning dogs and loving them, and I've never known a home where a dog wasn't part of it. I have experience with both big and small dogs, and Stella likes all shapes and sizes, and is kind to all the pups (and humans) she comes across. Stella and I enjoy having another dog around as company, as it lets me give some extra love, and gives Stella a friend that she gets to be a dog with :) While I do work a normal office job, I have a pretty flexible work schedule that allows me to not have to be in the office super early, to work from home some days, or not have to be in the office for extended periods of time. Weekends, I am home for most of the day, aside from the occasional errand. We live in an apartment and while we do not have a fenced in yard, our apartment is very pet friendly, with everyone in my building owning a pet. I live in the Clayton-Demun area, sandwiched between Forest Park and Concordia Park, so walks are great. We do at least 4 walks a day, and have been trying to get more exercise as Stella has been instructed she needs to get in shape :) Stella gets along with every single dog she comes across, and loves having extra friends around to hangout with. We frequently have play dates with my neighbors yorkie, and Stella plays appropriately with dogs of all sizes - it's honestly incredible to witness. I’m happy to let them roam free during the day if I'm gone, or if they need to be crated we have one as well. Furniture is at your discretion, but Stella typically does not get on it - becuase she sheds like crazy.
“Ellie was great with our dog! It seems to reduce our little guy’s anxiety to have her come by & spend time with him. Ellie us very reliable & conscientious m. I highly recommend her!”

“Suzanne provided excellent care for Riley and were very pleased with her level of commitment and her flexibility to adapt to our schedule. We will absolutely request her services during our next trip. Thank you, Suzanne!”

About: I have always had pets in my life, since i was an infant. I am very good at caring for pets and even pets who don’t normally like people tend to like me. I also used to volunteer in an animal shelter where I would take care of both cats and dogs. I also know a bit about how to care for reptiles. I am currently unemployed because I am taking time to prepare for college. I am looking to make some extra money during the summer, while doing something I enjoy. I have a very open schedule and am available pretty much 24/7. I am very good at taking care my pets at home. I follow their schedules for when they need to eat. I am also used to dogs as well as cats. I took a dog training class, and I am able to make sure they listen for their safety, but still feel loved. As well as the basics, I am good at bathing cats and keeping them calm when needed. I am really good with all animals because I genuinely care for every single one that I see.
About: I have had animals in my house since I was a child. My cats act more like dogs and love to play and have fun yet they can still be calm and cuddly. I would love to create memories with your pets as well! I currenlty spend 3 days working from and can be there for your pet when they need me. They are also able to keep me company as I watch movies or binge tv shows. They are always allowed a cuddle to sleep or a cuddle on the couch. I have a fenced in yard but can also have your dog leashed and taken on a walk or tethered in the yard. They will always have access to food and water and are fed on whatever schedule you would like them to be fed on. Playtime is also my favorite. I have a lot of open space in my home and have a room where they would be able to go if they prefer to not be around other animals.
“Alicia was great with my shy and anxious pup. She also agreed to check in on him last minute. I would definitely recommend her to watch your pups and will be using her services again. Thanks so much!”

“Phoebe was incredible! Provided detailed updates on how my cat was doing and made sure to spend quality time with him during each drop-in. She was very clear each day to provide an update on my cat’s upset stomach / health.”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and grew up caring for them daily. I’ve raised a puppy and currently have a well-trained dog of my own. I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages and personalities, from energetic puppies to calm seniors. I’m attentive, patient, and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. I’m currently working part-time but am available most days during the week and can be flexible with scheduling as needed for pet care and walks. I prioritize safety and trust in every visit. I follow owner instructions closely, keep dogs on-leash during walks, avoid unsafe situations, and ensure pets are never left unattended. In a client’s home, I respect their space, maintain cleanliness, and make sure pets are comfortable, secure, and cared for the entire time.
“Hayley is great with Hopper and takes good care of him when i have to be away. She keeps good communication so i know what’s going on which I love! I’ve used her service multiple times now and will continue to do so when I need someone trustworthy and great at what they do!”

“Reba went above and beyond to take care of my kitty over the holidays. She sent photos and updates every day, and I felt totally at ease while I was away knowing my cat was in such good hands. I couldn't recommend Reba more highly and look forward to booking her again!”

“I felt very comfortable leaving my Great Dane in the hands of Taylor. Although Bella is shy with new people she was always excited to go on walks with Taylor when she arrived. Will definitely hire again.”

About: I am a full-time engineer working from home and enjoy helping friends with pet sitting needs. I currently take care of a lovely cavapoodle due to their owner’s demanding work-travel schedule and find joy in the company of dogs. I consider myself to be reliable, caring, and give calm energy to anxious dogs. I treat every pet like they’re my own. I’ll follow all care instructions, give them plenty of attention, and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I work from home and have time to provide dogs with the attention they deserve. My job is flexible and easy to manage with fur friends around. I have a fenced backyard and live in the heart of Dogtown, giving your best friend many opportunities to enjoy walks around the neighborhood and Forest Park.
“Jacqueline was great with Momo! She was quick to respond to my messages over the holidays and attentive when following Momo’s specific meal routine.”

Emma was wonderful with both of our dogs while we were away. She communicated clearly throughout and sent multiple photos, which gave us peace of mind knowing our 6 month old puppy and 10 year old dog were happy and well cared for. We would highly recommend her to anyone!

Emily is hands down the absolute best! I was stranded out of town for three extra days due to many, many flight cancellations. Every time I messaged her to ask if she could care for Blake another day she happily agreed! Blake (my senior dog) loves when she’s there and I love it too because I don’t have to worry one bit knowing Blake is safe and happy. I cannot thank her enough for what she does.

I was very happy with the care that Hope provided for my two pups while I was away. With every visit Hope provided notes and photos, and I could see that the pups were doing great in my absence. I came home to two happy, relaxed dogs who had been well cared for.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
