She cleaned up a couple of puking incidents and let us know that Marigold had in fact puked, had been sneezing and hadn’t had a bowel movement. These updates were truly appreciated and I was relieved she was paying attention to things that seemed out of the ordinary. Marigold routinely potties on potty pads and Mallory kept up with those changings which, in my opinion, is above and beyond kitty care. Additionally, Miss Marigold tends to yowl in the nights as she has aged and has reduced vision in one eye. Mallory was patient with those night time needs and brought her back to bed with her to comfort her. Overall, I appreciate the above and beyond care and I recommend her to anyone who has kitties!”

Phoebe was amazing! This was the first time we left our cat. She usually takes a bit to warm up to people, but she was cuddling with Phoebe on the first visit (which we could see from all the pics she took). Phoebe was dependable and trustworthy with full access to our apartment. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
I’ve never used Rover before so I was a bit nervous, but Katie was absolutely phenomenal. She provided great care to my two cats, who can be a bit skittish, but took to her right away and even cuddled with her. Katie provided timely updates with lots of photos. Our request was a big time commitment on short notice and she enthusiastically delivered, arriving on time twice a day all week to provide care and enrichment.
