Since I’m now working from home, I have a flexible schedule to help out neighbors with their furry family. I currently have two large dogs and three cats, and have experience managing: - busy feeding times and special routines - medication (including injectables) - surgery recovery - walking reactive pups I also have experience caring for and cleaning up after guinea pigs and hamsters, fish and crawly friends. I am a go-to for pet & house sitting for friends and family and so excited to become best friends with yours! My schedule is totally flexible. When I was working long hours and traveling for work, I found it was so hard to find a sitter who was able to pop in irregularly or on short notice. I’m hoping to be that for you. With 5 pets in my own home, I won’t be able to board at my house. I have two large dogs (Aussie and Cattle Dog mixes) and three cats ranging from new kitten to over 15 years old! I have gone through surgeries, managed medications, and reduced reactivity on walks.

“We had Mallory stay overnight at our house with our senior Persian. Before her stay, she came over for a meet and greet so everyone felt comfortable. It was apparent that she is a very kind and caring person. During her stay she kept us updated with how things were going and pictures. She cleaned up a couple of puking incidents and let us know that Marigold had in fact puked, had been sneezing and hadn’t had a bowel movement. These updates were truly appreciated and I was relieved she was paying attention to things that seemed out of the ordinary. Marigold routinely potties on potty pads and Mallory kept up with those changings which, in my opinion, is above and beyond kitty care. Additionally, Miss Marigold tends to yowl in the nights as she has aged and has reduced vision in one eye. Mallory was patient with those night time needs and brought her back to bed with her to comfort her. Overall, I appreciate the above and beyond care and I recommend her to anyone who has kitties!”

About: Growing up, there was never a time when there wasn’t a dog in the house, and I have been a cat mom for going on five years, so I am very understanding of the care that comes with each animal. Additionally, I have experience with puppies/kittens all the way to senior pets and know that each require personalized care (and I have no problem giving it). As an added bonus, I live with my partner, who also is a dog dad and everyday he gives his dog daily vitamins to stay happy and healthy. Plus he used to work at a wild life rehabilitation center, so he is very familiar with how to care for all animals, regardless of species, age or health. I work a hybrid schedule and currently have every other Friday off so I have plenty of time to care for your best friend. My work also allows employees to bring their dogs to work, if it’s something you’re comfortable with, I would love to show off your doggo! I am available for drop off/pickup anytime on weekends and after 5pm on weekdays. Plus my partner is a graduate student, so he comes home throughout the day to care for his own dog. I have a fenced in yard, so there are no worries when it comes to potty or play. Plus, I live with a very playful dog who can’t wait to spend time with your doggo! I also have a cat who is very tolerant of dogs (she probably won’t play, but doesn’t mind their presence). She is also very comfortable around other cats, she’s a tad shy so another playmate will probably do her some good!
