About: I've grown up with dogs my entire life, especially Boston Terriers, so being around them has always been second nature to me. While I was in college, I lived with an Aussiedoodle, which gave me experience caring for a high-energy, intelligent breed as well. I genuinely love spending time with dogs and can guarantee they'll get plenty of attention, playtime, and affection while they're in my care. My current dog has Crohn's disease and struggles with anxiety, so I'm very comfortable caring for dogs with special needs, administering extra attention, and following specific care routines. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I regularly dog sit and house sit for family and friends. Our two dogs and cat looked happy and relaxed in all the pics Kristen shared. In particular, our older dog warms up slowly, but it was obvious to see that Kristen won her over quickly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jani! She took incredible care of our sweet Maggie while we were out of town, and I am so grateful. Maggie had been quite sick with pneumonia in the weeks leading up to our trip, and although she had recovered, we were still watching closely for any returning symptoms. When Maggie suddenly started vomiting and stopped eating, Jani was absolutely amazing. She kept me updated every step of the way and didn’t hesitate to take Maggie to the emergency vet, where she received the care she needed and is thankfully doing much better. As you can imagine, being so far away when Maggie wasn’t feeling well was incredibly stressful. But knowing she was in Jani’s loving, capable hands gave me tremendous peace of mind until I could get home. Jani is not only responsible and attentive, but genuinely caring. She treated Maggie as if she were her own, and that means the world to me. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their furry family member!
A great person and a dog lover. We felt so comfortable leaving our house and dog in the care of Becky. Gus can be a lot clingy, and she sent pictures of all his attempts to sit in her lap and receive extra attention. The house was clean, nothing was amiss. I would definitely work with her again, and so would Gus!
Izzy is a delightful, caring and conscientious young lady. She spent real time with me during our meet and greet & my dog took to her as if she was her owner. KC is a very timid and fearful baby but warmed up to Izzy like I have never seen. Trustworthy, timely and left my home cleaner than when I left. I would choose her over and over and over again! 💕
Emily was so flexible with us. When our first trip was suddenly canceled, she agreed to come fewer days so we could go somewhere closer. She was great with the two animals a cat and a dog. We had Mallory stay overnight at our house with our senior Persian. Before her stay, she came over for a meet and greet so everyone felt comfortable. It was apparent that she is a very kind and caring person. During her stay she kept us updated with how things were going and pictures. She cleaned up a couple of puking incidents and let us know that Marigold had in fact puked, had been sneezing and hadn’t had a bowel movement. These updates were truly appreciated and I was relieved she was paying attention to things that seemed out of the ordinary. Marigold routinely potties on potty pads and Mallory kept up with those changings which, in my opinion, is above and beyond kitty care. Additionally, Miss Marigold tends to yowl in the nights as she has aged and has reduced vision in one eye. Mallory was patient with those night time needs and brought her back to bed with her to comfort her. Overall, I appreciate the above and beyond care and I recommend her to anyone who has kitties!
I couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter! Jordan was incredibly accommodating, even when I miscommunicated a few things, and was always kind and understanding. What impressed me most was the time and patience she took to earn the trust of both of my cats. One of my cats is very shy and takes a while to warm up to people, while my other cat can be… a little mean! 😅 She took the time to get to know them both and made sure they were comfortable and cared for in a way that worked for each of them. She also sent plenty of photos and updates, which made me feel so much more relaxed about being away from my cats. It was such a relief knowing they were in good hands.
