“Danielle was a gem. She was efficient, timely, flexible and very, very good with the dogs. This is the first time that i've USEDrover and I am one. My experience was outstanding and I thank Danielle for being there for me when I needed it the most. If you want a responsible individual that you feel comfortable with her and your animals... Daniel is your girl?”

About: I have a big fluffy and friendly goldendoodle that loves to be around other dogs. We have a fenced in yard and we love to play outside. I’m available for your weekend getaway where your dog stays in my home with me, or drop in visits at your place. Availability: Friday afternoons to Sunday evenings. I have a fenced in yard for your dog to run around and play with my dog! I will be home for the entire weekend so the dogs will not be alone together. I try to keep a clean and organized home for the counter surfers :)
“Anna was so great with walking our dog, Cleo! She came over the day before to learn about Cleo’s routines & get a layout of the house and yard. Anna walked Cleo & played fetch with her in the yard. She also sent pictures :) we will definitely be using Anna in the future for our drop-in and walking needs!”

“Virginia did a fantastic job with my new puppy Bentley! She came over to meet Bentley before walking him and gave a very detailed summary of everything that took place while walking and playing with him. You can tell that she really loves what she does! I will definitely be contacting Virginia again soon! :)”
“Chris and Sam were great with our dogs and professional! They were super flexible when it was too hot for the dogs to walk and had excellent communication throughout. I loved getting a video of the dogs mid-walk. We will be booking them for more dog walks and housesitting in the future!”

About: When I was in first grade, I fancied myself a dog-trainer, and I helped a family friend "train" their rescue pup (we'll never know if I was actually helpful or not). Since then, I have loved love taking care of dogs, whether it's going for a walk around the block, teaching my own dog new tricks, or giving good belly rubs. Most of my experience comes from caring for my dog at home and petsitting for family and friends. I'm a grad student with a flexible schedule these days, so whether it's a lunch-time drop in, evening walk, or petsitting for the weekend, I'm happy to help out. I can provide petsitting/drop-in/walking care in your neighborhood, home, or wherever your pup is most comfortable. I would just ask that you let me know whatever makes your pup unique (reactivities, favorite foods, lovable quirks), so that I can take care of them as best I can.
“Hope is amazing! She’s prompt, responsive, follows care instructions carefully, does extra things like bringing in mail (so thoughtful), and seems to truly care about my senior pup. Highly recommended!”

About: I have 10+ years of experience caring for dogs and cats, including my own two dogs and two cats (one of whom has anxiety and needs special care). Because of that, I really understand how important routines, patience, and clear communication are. I’m calm, reliable, and very detail-oriented — and I always treat your pets like my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I currently have another job that typically starts around 3pm, so my availability may vary slightly from day to day. I’ll always confirm timing clearly with you to be sure it works for both of us. In some cases, I may also be able to provide visits earlier or later than my listed hours — just send me a message and I’m happy to see what I can do. I care for pets in their own home so they can stay relaxed in their normal environment. I follow your routine closely — feeding, walks, meds, playtime, snuggles, and any training cues you use — and I always send updates and photos. I have two dogs and two cats myself (including one anxious pup), so I’m very patient, calm, and understanding with sensitive pets.
“Kiffin is the best! My dog is always so excited to see her and I know is getting lots of attention when i’m gone. She is my first experience with rover and it has been great!”

About: My family has always had two dogs my entire life. Ranging from a Saint Bernard to a Beagle. I also have watched multiple family friends pets (multiple dog and cat households). During college I fostered 1 dog and several cats for a local animal shelter. I have two cats now so I can’t foster anymore but I still want to get my animal fix in! I work a slightly different schedule than a normal 9-5. I have Mondays and Tuesdays off and don’t work in the mornings. This allows for me to come at times most people are working. I will make sure I follow every single instruction given to me. I also understand that each animal has their own unique behaviors. It is important to read and approach animals slowly so I can give them time to warm up.
About: Hello! I just moved to St. Louis from Phoenix, where I lived with and cared for my family’s dogs every day. I’m experienced with dogs of all ages and breeds, from playful puppies to sweet senior pups, and would love some animal time now since moving! I’m active and love to go on walks, play fetch, and make sure every dog feels loved and cared for while their people are away. I also have experience giving supplements and administering medications, so you can rest easy knowing your pup is in good hands. I work remotely from home, which means I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time for walks, snuggles, and attention. I’d love to meet your dog(s) (and cats too!) and give them all the care and love they deserve. I have experience in dog/cat sitting, dog walking and house check ins for many friends and family! My partner and I live in a condo with fenced/gated porches and we are both dog & animal obsessed! I work remotely from home, which gives me a really flexible schedule and makes pet care easy to fit into my day. I love starting and breaking up my day with walks, playtime, and fresh air with furry friends. Since I’m home almost all of the day, I can give dogs plenty of attention, exercise, and cuddles throughout the day. I work remotely and live in a super dog-friendly neighborhood with lots of walking areas and grassy spots for stimulation and exercise. I also have gated and fenced front and back porches for safe outdoor time. I’m experienced with dogs of all sizes and personalities and always make sure they feel comfortable, loved, and cared for while you’re away
About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals since I was 14; Dogs, cats, horses, you name it! In recent years, I have pet sat (Dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs, and even a bearded dragon!) for 5 different families with regularity, relying on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets. I took some time off to focus on my full-time job but now I am back to take care of your fur babies! I have experience with breeds of all shapes and sizes, and love to learn about each pets needs, quirks, and their favorite spot to be pet! I work as a student nurse tech and a phlebotomist PRN (whenever I pick up shifts, so my schedule is pretty open and flexible) currently and my shifts are 4 to 8 hours long. I am in nursing school, and I go to class Tuesday and Thursday from 1pm to 4pm and clinical 6:30am to 3:30pm. If you need a quick walk or drop in visit in the early mornings, mid day, and early evening, I'm your gal! If you need a quick drop in while you are at work or running errands, I'm your gal as well! I do not mind late night drop ins or walks as well, I am pretty flexible for walks and drop ins throughout the day if I’m not working at the hospital. I love to walk parks and hike through trails, and your dog can come along for the ride anytime!! I am always very respectful of boundaries and client's homes. I will care for your pets just as you would, providing them with as much attention and love they desire! I am always respectful of your pets boundaries as well, and will never put them in a stressful situation. I currently live in an apartment that only allows cats, and I have one kitty cat named Booker. I am a nursing student and I study quite a bit. If your pet needs a person who can chill and keep them company, I can 100% provide that! If your pet needs someone to play and run around with, I can 100% provide that as well! If your pet has medical administration needs, I have experience with this as well. One family that I pet sat regularly for had a kitty who needed insulin via injection two times a day. I am always punctual with medicine times and I follow instructions very closely.
About: My family had pets on and off my whole life, but as an adult I have had one dog, Hermione, a 12 year old Shih Tzu, and two cats, Arya and Nymeria, who are both 2 years old. I am currently only working part time and I work from home so my availability is very flexible. I prefer mornings and early afternoons, but can help in evenings as needed! As a pet parent, I understand how important it is to give your babies structure and routine, so I default to your directions and will follow them to a T, because that is the kind of care I want for my precious babies!
Brentwood dog parents share their Rover experiences
Blerta was great with my dog during the one walk she did for us. She was punctual, friendly, and made me feel comfortable leaving my dog in her care. Even though it was just one time, I could tell she really enjoys working with animals and gave my dog the attention he needed. I’d definitely recommend her to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again in the future.

Minglu was amazing with Scooby! He’s usually shy and a bit unsure around new people, but she was so calm and kind with him. She took him to Forest Park for a long walk, and I swear he came back a whole new dog so happy and relaxed! I really appreciate her jumping in last minute. Totally recommend her if you’re looking for someone gentle and dependable!
