Pet care experience

Here for all your animal care needs

Welcome! I’m a huge animal lover. After being the go to sitter for many of my friends and gaining a bit more flexibility in my schedule, I decided to expand my services to Rover ☺️ I’m the pet parent to two cats, Kilgore and Corndog. They’ve been with me since around 2018 and they are my world! 🌍 I know you like feel the same way about your animal companions I like to go above and beyond making sure your pets basic needs are being taken care of. I want to ensure that they are happy and given comfort while you’re away. 🐶 🐱

Pets

Safety, trust & environment

I’d like to know your pets routines. When do they eat or walk or play. Let me know about any medical concerns, conditions, or treatments. I’ll try my best to keep their routine as consistent as possible. Since I’m sitting your home as well, let me know if there’s anything I need to know or do (when to roll trash bins to the curb, where to put any mail/packages you receive) 🚮📪 For my own comfort I require a sleeping area that is prepped with fresh sheets and pillow cases. Leaving your space in a condition of general cleanliness is also essential, I promise to do the same 🙂

Devon did such a great job with my doggos. I was very hesitant to leave my dogs for our week long trip but she made us very calm with updates including pictures. She also watered my plants and left a sweet note for us. Recommend her x1000%

Devon did a great job taking care of our home and fur babies while we were out of town. She gave us very thorough updates throughout the week and went above and beyond with doing extra things. (I.e. pulling a few weeds in our lawn we are growing). Our dogs and cat were well taken care of. We came home to a clean house and happy pets. We would definitely recommend Devon for housesitting and pet sitting!

Devon was great with our senior cat! She helped feed and medicate her, scooped litter, etc while also spending some quality time to help make her less lonely while we were gone. She sent pictures and updates daily, asked clarifying questions to ensure the best care was given, and even made recommendations for care when she noticed a change in our cat’s digestion. Highly recommended!

Dog Walking • Apr 23, 2026

Devon is terrific! She has been walking my 3 goldens regularly for over a year and a half. My pups love her. She genuinely cares about their health and well being. She is honest and always quick to let me know if an issue arises with my dogs. I highly recommend!

Devon is great! Our two pups were happy and clicked with her. She stayed at our house and left it better than before. We were gone for a week and in that time received pics and communication was great. I felt very comfortable having her watch our babies. I would highly recommend Devon!

Schedule

It’s important you get your pet the right sitter. Availability can play a huge factor in that! I work a part time job. I mostly work openings which means my work day starts as early as 430 am. As of 4/16/2026, the number of openings I work will be reduced. My shifts will still remain in the early morning/ afternoon. I work no longer than a 7 hour window of time, sometimes my shifts are as short as 4 hours. I live in the Lindenwood Park area. I get around by e-bike and public transport, so my service radius stays close to home. I like this because I get to know my neighbors and community! 🏘️ But please consider this before booking me if you require tight time constraints. Sometimes weather/public transport/rides can cause delays. I always get to my destination in the end. Dog walking/Pet Drop Ins: 🦮 My days off can be a bit unpredictable, thus I’m currently unavailable for daily walks/drop ins. If you need a back up walker or only need walks done sporadically, I’m here for you to contact! I still like to do meet and greets when possible, but may be available with short notice

I’ve cared for several animals that require medication or special diets. I’ve been quick to make owners aware of any possible concerns I’ve had. I would like to know if any medical issues your animal has. I try to get veterinary information for every client I have as well as close contacts (neighbors or family) that can help if a situation arises. I don’t discriminate against breeds of any size or reputation. I like to focus on the individual animal. However, it is important that any bite history or behavioral concerns are disclosed to me. This doesn’t mean I will refuse a sitting. For my safety and the best care for your pet, understanding possible aggression triggers is essential. I may request that a few walks be scheduled leading up to the stay. Let me know about training and behaviors you’re working on with your animal. I try to be consistent with using the same commands and signals as the pet parent. Finally, I’d like to know how your pet has fun 🤩 Play can be a wonderful way to bond with your animal and ensure they are comfortable with me during the stay.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
