“Anna was so great with walking our dog, Cleo! She came over the day before to learn about Cleo’s routines & get a layout of the house and yard. Anna walked Cleo & played fetch with her in the yard. She also sent pictures :) we will definitely be using Anna in the future for our drop-in and walking needs!”

“Chris and Sam were great with our dogs and professional! They were super flexible when it was too hot for the dogs to walk and had excellent communication throughout. I loved getting a video of the dogs mid-walk. We will be booking them for more dog walks and housesitting in the future!”

“This was my first experience using Rover and Michael has really set the bar! He was timely and courteous each day with pick up & communications. My doggie really took to him and was amped to go on walks and excited when returning. I appreciated the report cards and pictures and would absolutely book again.”

“Max is always happy to see Kiffin and she is very easy to communicate with about what you want for your dog. Max needs to be urged along and not sniff every 2 seconds. Kiffin makes sure he gets some decent exercise!”

“Fiona was amazing with our dog. She was able to work on short notice, and was flexible. She showed up on time, and our dog was in great hands. She also hung out with him, and sat on the front porch with him - which was a nice touch showing that she cared deeply about animals.”

“Virginia did a fantastic job with my new puppy Bentley! She came over to meet Bentley before walking him and gave a very detailed summary of everything that took place while walking and playing with him. You can tell that she really loves what she does! I will definitely be contacting Virginia again soon! :)”
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for over 5 years. I take care of many breeds as well as sizes. They become my best friend! I am currently wanting to take care of dogs on the side. I am flexible but need to know in advance dates and times. I am willing to take care of multiple at a time as well. I can take care of pets in my own home if needed but not preferred. It will be a case by case scenario for me to decide.
About: Hi there! My name is Catherine and I am 25 years old. I have an associates of arts degree from St. Louis Community College and work part time as a medical office assistant. In my free time I enjoy being with my family and my cat, Spyro. Animals have been a big part of my life. I’ve grown up with golden retrievers and cats since I was a little girl. I even had two mourning doves, since I was in kindergarten until I was a sophomore in high school. I was always raised to respect every living creature big or small. I’ve dog sat and cat sat professionally since high school, and I just absolutely love it. I’ve dog sat puppies all the way up to senior dogs. I have experience with administering medicines, as well as behavioral work. On the other hand, I have my own transportation and can take your pups to a park or for a drive as well. Being a responsible and trustworthy pet sitter is always my top concern! If there is any special requests, I am more than happy to accommodate. Over all, I love animals and spending time with them! I can’t wait to meet your precious babies. I am a full time cat mom. I always make sure my cat is fed before work and after work. If I am boarding at my house I bring my cat to my mother’s home (just in case) to ensure the safety of my clients pets and my safety of my own pet. As for taking bookings, I like to make sure I am notified atleast 4 days before the date of the booking, just to make sure my schedule is clear. When it is time for a bathroom break I always make sure to be present and always keep an eye on every pet at all times. Their safety is a top priority to me. If a client requests that their pet must be on a leash, I will fulfill that request. Supervision during feedings are also very important to me. When out on walks, I will make sure every pet is on a leash and that we are in a safe environment for the walk. I always check the weather forecast as well. It is important to always be alert of the surroundings including traffic, other pets that are around, and of course people. Safety and trust are always a priority, and I always want to keep the pets under my care in the safest environment. I am always open for special accommodations:). (If you would like a meeting before the actual booking I am always open for that)
About: I owned a very successful pet sitting business for over 15 years before returning to the workforce. I miss all my doggos and sweet kitty furriends. Now, when I'm out and about, I can't help but sit right down for all the slobbery kisses, happy tail wags, little "woofs," soft purrs, and tiny "mrrps." Clothes can be washed, but pup kisses and kitty snuggles are life! I want to add in some extra fun and fur to my life. My availability is wide open right now. I'm available daily for dog walks or check-ins, including holidays, and I'm happy to work with your schedule! I'm always happy to help in other ways like vet trips, groomer drop offs, picking up pet food, or anything else to support your pet's needs. I have extensive experience in administering insulin or other types of medical needs that are vet-approved by you. Every pet is different, so I tailor care to the service you choose and what works best for them. I focus on keeping everything familiar and stress free by following their usual routine with meals, walks, playtime, and plenty of love and attention. Whether they want energetic zoomies or cozy cuddle time, I meet them right where they are.
About: I’ve taken care of animals ever since I can remember. I grew up with two 75 pound German shepherds and two indoor cats one being deaf and partially blind. I am a part time nanny with two families who both have animals whom I love. So I am currently looking for more ways to expand my love towards animals! I currently am not able to board pets due to my living situation, but I have worked in other peoples homes and farm yards since I was around 14 years old!

“Lucy is so energetic and loves Bodi. She takes control of him so he trusts her and obeys her. She truly enjoys animals and I am thrilled with her interactions with him.”

About: Hi! I’m Claire — a lifelong dog lover with 15+ years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. From daily walks to overnight care, I treat every dog like family (because that’s exactly how they deserve to be treated). I share my home with my 4 year-old chocolate lab, Clark, who is friendly, playful, and always excited to make new dog friends. If your pup enjoys companionship, playtime, or just having another dog around, Clark is the perfect sidekick. Giving back to animals is a huge part of my life. I regularly volunteer as a dog walker with the Humane Society and have been fostering with Stray Rescue for over 4 years, primarily caring for young puppies (6 weeks–2 years old). Through fostering, I’ve gained extensive experience with: • Potty & crate training • Basic obedience and leash manners • Puppy/dog socialization • Building confidence in shy or nervous dogs I live in a second-floor condo without a fenced yard, but that just means plenty of structured leash walks, potty breaks, and enrichment throughout the day. I’m happy to follow your dog’s normal routine — whether that includes crating, free time, training reinforcement, or extra snuggles. My schedule is can be flexible at times, though it may adjust slightly as work picks up. I do volunteer on Monday afternoons, but I’m always happy to communicate and make sure care aligns with your needs. For safety reasons due to an injury, I’m unable to walk dogs that pull hard on leash — but happy to still chat to see if I’m a good fit! If you’re looking for someone experienced, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about dogs — whether they’re a tiny puppy, an energetic adult, or a shelter favorite — I’d love to care for your pup like one of my own 🐶💛 Currently, my schedule is more flexible but that will change within the next few weeks because of work picking up. I usually dog walk for the Humane Society Monday afternoon, but I am very flexible again, and would be happy to talk about what suits your needs! I live in a condo on the second floor with my chocolate lab. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I take him out plenty on a leash to go to the bathroom and go on walks. I also have them crate trained inside and he loves his crate. I’m comfortable with whatever way you structure your dogs routine. The only thing is I can’t take care of dogs that pull hard on a leash if needed to be walked due to an injury
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes my whole life. I’m not good at training but I will help reinforce any training. I also love cats and could cuddle them for hours. Currently working part time, so I have all the time to play with and take care of your pets. I can be there most of the day, excluding an hour for school pick up. I cannot watch pets in my home because of my own animals, but I would love to be able to walk yours! I’ll take them on a few walks every day to make sure they’re getting enough exercise.
About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have always helped my parents take care of them! I now have a black lab of my own :) I’m currently available any day of the week during lunch time & at night for drop ins & walks! I’m also available for boarding, house sitting, & doggy day care on Friday nights to Sunday nights. Please reach out to me as I’m ready to take care of your pets :) I can provide any service except dog training! We have a fenced in back yard and black lab that gets along well with other dogs.
“Katie was so good with our a rowdy 1 yr old- I really appreciated her help with Stella! This was my first time using Rover and I am so glad I did! Stella ended up napping after her walk and play time with Katie so I could work late without a dog in my lap :) Thank you Katie!!”

About: My first word was “woof!” I’ve had dogs ever since I was born and I absolutely adore animals. I’ve worked with big dogs, little dogs and puppies. I have been the main dog sitter in my neighborhood and for my family and friends for years. My dogs are my babies and you can absolutely trust me to give your baby the best time full of cuddles, playtime and walks! I go to college in Kansas so when I’m home for break(s) I will be free and more than happy to care for your pet! I will follow any and all instructions you have for your pup and be incredibly mindful of your home and of your dogs boundaries and surroundings.
About: I have always had animals around me my whole life. My wife and I currently have two sweet cats and we see her families dog very often. I grew up walking my cousins dogs and am good with most any kind of animal! I am currently a full time student so I have lots of time and a flexible schedule for taking care of pets. I have two cats of my own and will be adding a puppy into the mix soon! I will treat your fur baby as if it were my own and not only take care of them while you are away but make sure to spend some good time making sure they are played with and loved.
“Anastasia has been wonderful so far! She took the time to come meet Maddi and I before she took her on her first walk and Maddi took to her immediately! They have been on a couple walks already and the updates and pictures were perfect and just what I needed as a nervous dog Mom. I feel like she takes care of Maddi as if she were her own dog! We will definitely be signing up for more walks!”
