“We had Mallory stay overnight at our house with our senior Persian. Before her stay, she came over for a meet and greet so everyone felt comfortable. It was apparent that she is a very kind and caring person. During her stay she kept us updated with how things were going and pictures. She cleaned up a couple of puking incidents and let us know that Marigold had in fact puked, had been sneezing and hadn’t had a bowel movement. These updates were truly appreciated and I was relieved she was paying attention to things that seemed out of the ordinary. Marigold routinely potties on potty pads and Mallory kept up with those changings which, in my opinion, is above and beyond kitty care. Additionally, Miss Marigold tends to yowl in the nights as she has aged and has reduced vision in one eye. Mallory was patient with those night time needs and brought her back to bed with her to comfort her. Overall, I appreciate the above and beyond care and I recommend her to anyone who has kitties!”
About: Empathetic and caring towards pets. My first pet was a fish, named Cogi. Since then I've had a gerbil, dog (bichon frise) named Casso, and now have two cats (littermates - part maine coon - Sage & Chowder). I have enjoyed times when I volunteered with child care and senior care facilities in the past as well. Always enjoy spending time with and connecting with pets. Rarely if ever meet any pet I have difficulty connecting with. I'm currently self employed, studying for MO real estate exam & license, and often engaged in other opportunities on the side as well. However, despite my busy schedule at times, I am quite proficient at juggling tasks, maintaining physical & mental health, eating healthy, exercising when possible, and still prioritizing pet care in the midst of it all! I can bring toys, treats, food, litter or anything needed, but am not currently boarding pets at my residence. About: I’m an experienced dog owner with years of hands-on care for dogs of different breeds, sizes, energy levels, and personalities. I currently care for a cat (My sweet Sassy) and multiple dogs, including German Shepherds, Belgian Malinois and my small breed Corgi Beagle mix Luke-y so I’m very comfortable with large, active, and high-energy breeds. I’m experienced with structured walks, exercise, feeding routines, basic commands, medication schedules, and giving each dog individualized attention. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I will treat your babies with the same patience, attentiveness, and love that I give my loves. Asa was wonderful. I received pictures and updates. She took time with each of my cats as they have to be kept separate. I came home to each of my cats being well taking care of, everything being tidy, and both of the kitties having attention. I am so happy with Asa’s care!
My loving kitty Sherbert passed away today. Katie was so kind and supportive to Sherbert and to me throughout. She notified me of Sherbert’s deteriorating condition right away and stayed with him as much as she could while still honoring her other appointments. She came back for him and took him to the emergency hospital while I was driving home to St Louis to be with Sherbert in his final moments. I couldn’t have asked for better kindness and care from anyone. I will continue to rely on Katie with complete confidence to take care of Callie, my other kitty. She and I both with miss Sherbert with all our heart. 🐈
