“Kiffin always does a wonderful job with our puppy! He recently had some medical issues that we explained to her ahead of time, and she went above and beyond to make sure he was well cared for during her visit. Highly recommend!”

“Samantha and Christopher were amazing! They sent plenty of pics and videos of my kitties and I knew they were well taken care of. I could tell our cat really bonded with them too. I felt so comfortable going out of town known that Samantha and Christopher were the ones taking care of our pets. They also watch my mom’s dogs and the dogs love them!! We will absolutely ask them to come back again when we go out of town next!”

“We left our cat for over 2 weeks, and since we’ve only had her for a few months, we were nervous about how she would adjust. They visited her twice a day to feed and give her attention. They sent photos and detailed updates every visit on her eating and behavior. They really put us at ease - we will absolutely book them again in the future!”

“Mike and Beth are great. Have had several sitters in the past and he was the first sitter that was on top of everything and knew how to follow instructions. He gave awesome updates, which was highly appreciated . Was flexible when I had to make changes to reservation. Highly recommend.”

“More wonderful visits with Rachelle! She’s been our only dog sitter for over 3 years and I don’t think I trust anyone else to take care of my doggies! They always get the basic care they need and plenty of snuggles. One of them needs meds 3x a day and she is always on time with them. I can’t imagine going back to traveling without the peace of mind her care for my dogs gives me! Rachelle truly is the best!”

“Eleanor did a wonderful job of taking care of our old cat, Rubble. She communicated daily and Rubble was well cared for. She brought in our mail and our packages, and followed our written requests completely. I hope that she will be available again next time we go out of town.”

“Ryan is a breath of fresh air after having several poor pet sitter experiences. We are very thankful to have found her, as we are completely at ease during our trips out of town. She is thoughtful, prompt, and thorough. We love her and so do Bonnie and Panda!”

“Katie took care of our two pups for an extended stay, and we would absolutely use her services again! Katie was extremely kind and professional in our home, and our dogs really loved her.”

“Anne was absolutely wonderful with our four month old puppy. He loves meeting new people, but is still very energetic (and teething). She was very patient with him and added in lots of playtime to tire him out. We will be highly recommending her to friends and family in the area!”

About: I’ve been taking care of animals for years! I have lots of experience with different breeds and many different types of caregiving. Some of my experience includes watching two very active pit bull mix siblings. I would check in on the dogs 4+ times per day, take each one on a 2+ mile walk every day, and spend at least 1-2 hours of sit down time so they weren’t lonely. I watched those lovely dogs for 2-3 weeks at a time for numerous years! My most recent experience was taking care of Two english pointers, a rottweiler, and smaller mutt dog for 3 nights! Each dog had a separate feeding space and interactive form of eating. I made sure to follow their owners specific instructions and give the dogs lots of walks, outside time, and sit down time for 5+ hours a day! As well as the dogs I took care of two goats at that home as well! I am very capable of walking and pet sitting many different dogs. I have experience with smaller dogs like Mini poodles, to high energy large dogs like weimaraners. I will do my best to give your animals the love and care they deserve. I will make sure that they are healthy, safe, and most importantly happy! I’m currently working part time at the Sunset Country club. Even with my work I should and will be able to schedule and give your pets the best of care that includes at least 3 or more check ins per day and walks twice or more a day, depending on their needs and your request. I do not work Mondays, which makes me more free! I care for pets to the best of my ability and give them the most love and care I am capable of! Between my two households, I have 2 dogs and recently one that passed. I take care of my pets and others pets to the best of my ability and want to ensure that your pets are cared for and you trust and are confident that they are healthy, safe, and most importantly, happy! I will always adjust to you and your pets needs, so please communicate openly and fully so I can do my best to give your pets the best!
“Porter took such great care of Lola over Thanksgiving! I am so grateful that he consistently checked in and sent updates/pictures. I will definitely be asking for his help again!”

“Jessica was great! Communicated well before and during the drop in visits. She cared for my cats as if they were her own, my cats also LOVED her and felt very comfortable. I plan to rebook with Jessica in the future for any other needs! Also she took the cutest photos of my fur babies!!”

About: Empathetic and caring towards pets. My first pet was a fish, named Cogi. Since then I've had a gerbil, dog (bichon frise) named Casso, and now have two cats (littermates - part maine coon - Sage & Chowder). I have enjoyed times when I volunteered with child care and senior care facilities in the past as well. Always enjoy spending time with and connecting with pets. Rarely if ever meet any pet I have difficulty connecting with. I'm currently self employed, studying for MO real estate exam & license, and often engaged in other opportunities on the side as well. However, despite my busy schedule at times, I am quite proficient at juggling tasks, maintaining physical & mental health, eating healthy, exercising when possible, and still prioritizing pet care in the midst of it all! I can bring toys, treats, food, litter or anything needed, but am not currently boarding pets at my residence. I will do everything I can to make your pet(s) feel comfortable, clean up after myself and any pet(s), and keep you informed of anything out of the normal.
“They took great care of my big girl. She is sick and required medication and a little extra care which they were more than happy to provide. I plan to use them often! Cynthia in Kirkwood”
“Kate did a wonderful job taking care of our two kitties. She was easy to communicate with, arrived on time and followed the instructions that I provided. I have marked her as one of my favorites in Rover.”

“Sarah did a great job taking care of our cat. I loved the daily photos and was pleased to see that Sarah was able to win over our normally standoffish kitty! It gave us great peace of mind to know all was well at home while we were away.”

Kirkwood cat parents share their Rover experiences
Asa was wonderful. I received pictures and updates. She took time with each of my cats as they have to be kept separate. I came home to each of my cats being well taking care of, everything being tidy, and both of the kitties having attention. I am so happy with Asa’s care!

Lillian did a great job taking care of my cats. Some may think that caring for cats can't be that difficult, but I have had many problems over the years. This time I came home to no problems--everything was clean and cats were healthy and happy. And Lillian is so sweet. I felt very comfortable trusting her as soon as I met her.
