“I have had wonderful experiences with Paula as my sitter for my 75lb boy, Jagger. She is very responsive with updates while I'm away. It has been a true comfort having someone so caring watch him while I'm away. I highly recommend her.”

“Lorri always takes such great care of Albus. He clearly loves staying with her too! She is great at sending updates and pictures and we always feel comfortable when traveling knowing he’s in good hands.”

“This was our first experience with the Rover.com app. I was a little nervous leaving my baby for 10 days, I have to admit. But Blake was awesome with our dog and me. He has 2 sweet dogs and they all got along great. He sent me pics and communicated with me daily. They have a lot of indoor and outdoor space. I will def use him again. Our pup can be finicky but she did great. All Good!!!”

“We really appreciate Misty and her family who took great care of our pup! This was our first time leaving her overnight in someone else's care, so it was reassuring to get daily check-ins and photos. We'll definitely book Misty again in the future!”

“Dice enjoyed his time and all the love. Was updated everyday with both pictures and videos . Very accommodating and sweet! Thank you so much for keeping my fur baby safe and loved!”

“Best experience ever!! Reema was so sweet and took great care of our Maverick over the holidays. She kept in touch and sent photos daily. We would highly recommend her!”

About: I have always had a dog and cat in my life (and still do!). I have been using Rover for two years and I don't seem to want to stop anytime soon. I have trained two golden retrievers and walked a lot of puppies, senior dogs and many ages in-between. One of my own dogs was awarded canine good citizenship before my children were born. I love being around animals and I have a caring nature. Now that my kids are getting older, it fits my need to get exercise and bring some joy into my life. I would love to give your pet some snuggles, snacks and I am always mindful to send lots of photos to ensure you can relax while you are away. I know that is what I would want as a pet owner. Some people think you have to either be a "dog person" or a "cat person". Not me! They both have a place in my heart for very different reasons. Cats take some time, but I love their comforting purr, the playfulness of spunky kittens or just petting their soft fur. Some owners simply just someone they can trust for a check-in. I am happy to provide the details needed so you can be OK while you are away. I am typically available in the afternoons as long as I don’t have a meeting scheduled (I work from home) and most evenings are available. Weekends are the best time to book care if you will be out for soccer games, dinner or long evening plans. I have kids as well and I have used Rover for 6+ years on my own pets. I am excited to return the favor to you now that my kids are older. I have used crates with my own pets during training and I will follow whatever safety instructions are needed. I understand all collars, how to avoid run ins with feisty dogs and other concerns you may have. I know how to troubleshoot dogs that like to find hiding spots or have the ability to slip out of the door. I am 40+ and I am raising tweens at this point, so I have a little wisdom under me that other walkers may not have at this point. I am also trustworthy. I have a great full-time job coupled with flexibility. I just want to combine my love of pets with a little extra income.
“The peace of mind I have when I leave my puppy with Caitlin and Adam is invaluable. We were gone for almost 2 weeks and I never had a single concern. They take such good care of Jet!”

“Laura is awesome! Very kind clearly loves dogs and sent me videos and photos every day. My dog came back super happy and tired from a good day running around her yard.”

“Jacob is a wonderful pet sitter. He took care of my two cats and kept me updated with pics and notes about how they were doing. One of my cats’ had trouble adjusting but he encouraged her everyday to come out of her safe place. She finally came out on the last day. So I will definitely use him again. By the way he took my cats in an emergency situation and contacted me right away. Thank you to Rover, but mostly a huge shout out and thank you to Jacob.”

“Leslie is the best! She is very flexible and considerate when meeting your pet sitting needs. Her dogs are calm and get along well with others. Leslie also keeps you up to date with regular photo and video updates on your pup. Would highly recommend her!”
“Karen was great with my timid little terrier mix, McKenzie! She sent pictures and updates daily which helped ease my worried mind! McKenzie loves walks and Karen's lovely neighborhood was the perfect setting. I highly recommend Karen and will definitely book her again if needed.”

“Katie is the absolute best! She was Dolly's foster mom and her dog Eva is super sweet. Dolly always comes home happy and tired. She truly treats her like she's one of her own.”

“Great service! My dog Pompeii was well taken care of. He had loads of fun and was very active while being taken care of while I was out of town for my daughter's wedding. Great communication along with photo updates during his stay. Highly recommended!”

“Judith is an awesome sitter. Her love and understanding of dogs is very apparent. Being a rescue, my Zoey has some anxiety and trust issues, but quickly bonded with Judith. Loved all of the pics and communication she sent that put me at ease. It was so nice seeing Zoey happy and at ease when I picked her up.”

“Raina was amazing per usual! I can tell Tater Tot always has such a great time and loves to spend time with her and her family. If you are looking for someone who gives ample updates with pictures/videos, Raina is the perfect sitter for you.”

“She was amazing, sweet, & great with Marley! She made sure to walk Marley everyday which is his favorite thing to do & she also made sure she walked him before it got too hot which I really appreciate! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!”

“Our 17 year old dachshund spent his last visit with Lesley recently. And the only reason it was his last stay was because we just moved out of state. Henry spent a lot of time being cared for by Lesley over the last couple of years and each time was a great experience for him. We had peace of mind that he was well cared for and content and we will miss Lesley’s care a LOT!”
“Carly was so welcoming and took such great care of our Ella. Loved that she even took photos so we could see how happy she was! Would definitely use again!! Thank you again Carly!”

We cannot recommend Sarah enough! From the moment she met our dog, she was patient, calm, and deeply knowledgeable. While we were away for over a week, we received daily photo updates and detailed texts that gave us total peace of mind. Our dog most definitely got more attention and pampering than she does at home:) When we came home, our pup was relaxed, happy, and clearly well-cared for. We look forward to using Sarah on our next trip! Thank you, Sarah!!

Karen took care of our 12 1/2 year old female pup who was raised in Nicaragua where other dogs were a threat not a friend. Our pup loves people but is not always friendly with other dogs. Karen was very attentive and communicative during the week our pup stayed with her. She was patient and kind We would use Karen again.

We’ve been using the same sitter for Bentley and couldn’t be happier! It’s such a relief knowing he’s in great hands every time. Bentley always comes home happy and well cared for — you can tell he’s truly loved during his stays. We keep coming back because the consistency and trust are unmatched. Highly recommend!

They are an awesome sitter which Ke'o really looks forward to staying with them while we are out of town. We are very thankful that Brian and Abigail continues to provide an exemplary services as well as easy to communicate with since they are very responsive. Thank you again and highly recommended if you need dog sitting services.

Shelly was amazing with Jax! We got lots of pictures and videos of a boy who was having a blast at her house. What a great backyard space for them to play. She was thorough at explaining everything and is so professional. Thank you Shelly for taking care of our boy ❤️

Do not hesitate to leave your fur kids with Alycia! Both she and Derek showed so much patience and care with my senior boy who requires a lot of extra attention and effort. They were accommodating and communicative. It's clear that caring for pets is a calling for them. I would definitely rely on Alycia again!

Sue takes great care of our GSP. Our dog gets a lot of great play time in Sue’s yard with her dog. Of note, we were supposed to pick out dog up at about 7:30 on a Sunday night after our return from a long weekend in Austin. Despite our flight being 2 hours delayed, Sue was patient and waited for us to come over late to get our pup. Thank you for your amazing flexibility Sue!!
