We were nervous as this was our first time having someone we’d never met to live in our home and take care of our pets for 10 days while we were out of the country. Mary instantly put every single one of our worries to rest. Mary was able to follow a very detailed daily regimen for our senior (15 year old) German Shepherd & our 2 cats. She let our dog out several times during the day to minimize the risk of any indoor accidents. She stuck to a 3x daily medication schedule, and she gave the pets plenty of love throughout the process. In sticking to our pets daily schedule, she essentially stepped in as an extension of our own caretaking which allowed our pets to feel very comfortable in our absence. Communication was 10/10! About: I’ve been caring for cats for many years and have experience pet sitting for both cats and dogs for friends and family. While my background is stronger with cats, I’m comfortable handling the day-to-day needs of dogs as well, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and maintaining routines. I know how important consistency is for pets, especially when their owners are away, so I make it a priority to carefully follow any instructions regarding feeding, medications, dietary restrictions, routines, or other special care needs. Because I work remotely, I’m also able to spend much more time at home with pets than many sitters can, which means more company, attention, and supervision throughout the day. I currently work remotely on a typical Monday–Friday daytime schedule and am able to work from anywhere within the state, which means I can comfortably set up my work-from-home station while house and pet sitting. This allows me to be much more present and attentive throughout the day compared to sitters who may be away for long periods of time. My work is also fairly flexible, allowing me to adjust meetings and tasks as needed to help accommodate feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, medications, and other routine care. Weekends are typically very open for me as well, giving me even more flexibility and availability for your pets’ needs. I currently have two cats of my own: Draco, an 11-year-old part Manx, and Loki, a 6-year-old black American Shorthair. I’ve had both of them since they were kittens, and caring for them has given me years of hands-on experience with maintaining routines, monitoring health, and creating a calm, safe environment for pets. Draco previously needed some extra attention with his weight and diet, and through a consistent feeding routine and focused care, he was able to lose over 10 pounds and maintain a much healthier lifestyle. That experience reinforced for me how important consistency, patience, and closely following care instructions can be for pets. Loki is a rescue and can be a little shy at first, so I also understand the importance of giving pets time to adjust, respecting their comfort levels, and helping anxious pets feel safe and secure. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I aim to maintain their normal routines as closely as possible so they feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for while their owners are away.
“Erica was fantastic. She kept in touch with us frequently with photos for an update on how our pets were doing. She even mentioned the neighborhood pets met on her frequent dog walks. That put our mind at ease while we were away on a 4 day trip. Erica took great care of our Poodle mix, Pepper and our cat Lily. We really appreciated the report card and welcome home by our happy relaxed pet family, when we returned home. It was very obvious that our pets enjoyed her! From her initial meet and greet before our trip to the farewell, our home was well cared for as well as our pets. We were so impressed by her care. We will definitely request to have Erica come back the next time.”

She asked very specific questions about his routine and wanted to ensure he was as comfortable as possible. During her stay she was very interactive with Percy. Took him on outings and walks and made sure he had plenty of play time and attention. On a night of a storm she let Percy sleep in bed with her to help comfort him!! Lesley took great care of my 11 year old Pyrenees mix. She was great at communicating and reached out with any questions or concerns regarding my pup. My dog is a picky eater and requires some extra steps to get her to eat, but Lesley didn't mind at all. She also brushed her which I didn't request but certainly didn't mind! During a thunderstorm my dog was scared and laying under a table, Lesley moved her dog bed under the table so she would be more cozy - enough said! She will take great care of your fur babies while you are away.

Maya was amazing! She checked in on Joey multiple times throughout the day and was great at updating me with pictures of them playing, going on walks, or just hanging out at the house. She was very trustworthy and did a great job communicating. Joey loved her and was in great spirits when I got home from my trip. I will definitely be rebooking Maya for future pet care.
Clarisa took great care of my 2 senior dogs and one senior cat for a week while I was away for 5 days. She was very sweet my pets, and they were happy and content when I got home as if I had never been gone. Exactly what you hope for! Clarisa was very communicative with me during the trip and sent daily photos of them which is always comforting. I highly recommend her services for your pets!
As usual Sarah was awesome. I would actually rate her six stars out of five instead of five. I was worried when I left on my 8-day trip because my dog was a little sick and I had to take him to the vet on the Sunday before I left and fortunately the numbers were good enough that the vet felt I could travel and he would be okay. That said Sarah went up to my vet for me and picked up some medication to help him get back on his feet. She was the one making suggestions of what to feed him to get him to eat and I think that's typical of her going above and beyond.
Makayla took care of our older dog and two kitties. She stayed with them while we went on vacation, and she did a wonderful job! We didn’t have to worry, and she took care of them like they were her own. I would definitely ask her to take care of them again.
Lucy was great! She communicated well and did a great job with our two little dogs. One of our dogs is very old and wears a diaper at night and Lucy didn't seem to have any problems with her care. All went well and we would certainly recommend her and work with her again.
