“We had Mallory stay overnight at our house with our senior Persian. Before her stay, she came over for a meet and greet so everyone felt comfortable. It was apparent that she is a very kind and caring person. During her stay she kept us updated with how things were going and pictures. She cleaned up a couple of puking incidents and let us know that Marigold had in fact puked, had been sneezing and hadn’t had a bowel movement. These updates were truly appreciated and I was relieved she was paying attention to things that seemed out of the ordinary. Marigold routinely potties on potty pads and Mallory kept up with those changings which, in my opinion, is above and beyond kitty care. Additionally, Miss Marigold tends to yowl in the nights as she has aged and has reduced vision in one eye. Mallory was patient with those night time needs and brought her back to bed with her to comfort her. Overall, I appreciate the above and beyond care and I recommend her to anyone who has kitties!”

About: I've lived with dogs my entire life and have never met a dog I can't connect with. I love dogs of all sizes and behaviors; I have experience counseling groups of kids at summer camp, so I have no trouble managing dogs in a group or with rowdy tendencies. About: I have been taking care of sweet, precious pups since I was 7 years old when my mom surprised me and my brother with a basset hound puppy after school. Her name was Roxanne. A couple years later, we rescued a 6-year-old basset hound, Brandi, and a few years later, we rescued a 1-year-old beagle mix, Misty, and adopted a basset hound puppy, Willow, who had just been born on a farm near our house. We treasured our sweet babies, cooking for them every day - hard-boiled eggs for breakfast and meat and veggies for dinner. And they lived long, happy lives. Brandi, Misty, and Willow all made it to about 15 years old! I just moved from Colorado to start my PhD in Public Health at WashU, and I can't wait to pick back up with dog sitting again! In Colorado, I was the honorary dog sitter at my church. One couple even flew me out to California a few times to continue caring for their sweet pup after they moved! Between my own dogs and others' dogs, I've taken care of dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors who need lots of support. I am a PhD student at WashU Bursky School of Public Health. This semester, I have a class on the Danforth campus on Tuesdays from 9am to 12pm, Wednesdays from 12pm-1pm, and Thursdays from 1pm-4pm. My research is remote. So, I have lots of flexibility to make sure your pups get their potty breaks and play time and walk time, even on days that I have class. And house sitting would work super well :) I am offering house sitting, check-ins, and walks. If I am house sitting, I will always stay the night to make sure your pets are safe and well taken care of. As usual Sarah was awesome. I would actually rate her six stars out of five instead of five. I was worried when I left on my 8-day trip because my dog was a little sick and I had to take him to the vet on the Sunday before I left and fortunately the numbers were good enough that the vet felt I could travel and he would be okay. That said Sarah went up to my vet for me and picked up some medication to help him get back on his feet. She was the one making suggestions of what to feed him to get him to eat and I think that's typical of her going above and beyond.
