I'm available full time! If you're returning to the office or your kids are back in school and you need someone to get your dog's energy out, I can do that! I'm an aspiring writer who delivers 24 hour care if needed, and am available for long stays as well short walks.

I have a large yard with a leadline for my own dog, which I can train your dog to use as well. My senior beagle is dog friendly, and loves to nap in the dog beds scattered throughout the house. In addition, I have a crate for a small dog if needed. We also have scheduled mealtimes, and bathtime if the pups need it. I do daily walks, often to various county parks. For at home sitting, I will respect and take care of your dog as if they were my own! Your dog or cat will be well loved. I will follow regular meal times, take your dog on walks as needed or when scheduled, and give them their medication if needed. I believe every animal should be loved and know how important they are to us. I love hanging out with dogs and will give them as much as attention as they want!

A typical day
We'll play fetch or tug of war, depending on which is your dog's favorite! If treats are allowed, I'll spoil your pup. I try to make taking medicine as comfortable as possible for dogs if they're on meds. I love exploring neighborhoods almost as much as your dog loves going on walks.

Pet care experience
I've taken care of pets my entire life! I love walking and exploring new places and I have experience giving medium and small dogs baths if needed! I have my own senior beagle who I helped train when she was just a puppy. I believe that playing with pets is just as important as making sure they take their medication, if needed. My dog is unfortunately deaf, so I'm quickly learning how to adapt with life with a deaf dog.

I think that after 2 weeks with Rachel, our dogs - Chloe and Dolly - would rather be with her than with us!! That is the best compliment that we can think of! We definitely recommend Rachel. She sent us updates and photos 2x/day and we just felt at peace of mind knowing that she was our dog-sitter while we were out-of-the-country.
