She asked very specific questions about his routine and wanted to ensure he was as comfortable as possible. During her stay she was very interactive with Percy. About: I grew up with dogs, and have numerous years of experience dog sitting, doing check ins and walking dogs starting from about age 12, as well as volunteering at Open Door Animal Sanctuary. My current dog is a rescue from Mexico. He is very laid back and stoic, and is an AKC certified Canine Good Citizen. However, my dog growing up was reactive, so I have experience with dogs of that temperament as well. I have recently moved back home from San Diego, CA to Webster Groves after 8 years. I am taking time off from working in public accounting to study full time for my CPA exams. As such, my schedule is extremely flexible. As an overprotective dog mom myself, I fully appreciate how difficult it can be to entrust your dog to someone other than yourself, so rest assured I will be on high alert at all times.

Julia stayed with my pup Fiona for 3 nights and was wonderful! Fiona took to her immediately, zooming around the when Julia came over for the meet and greet (an activity usually reserved for special friends and family). Denita was the BEST dog sitter I've ever had! She cared for my dog so well, was communicative, and kept to her schedule (which has some flexibility, but I've had sitters in the past who have adjusted meals/being let out/etc by hours or been gone during important times, and it really throws a dog off). My puppy was very happy and content when I got home. I never had to worry that she wasn't being taken care of. She also left the house extremely clean.

I came home to a happy dog and a clean house, this was great. Max took good care of my senior dog while we were away and also tended to a couple domestic surprises that occurred while we were gone, all with common sense and grace. Would definitely do this again.
