They came on time every day, twice a day, and saw to their basic needs, of course—food, water, love, play. But they also picked up after them, straightened the house, took the trash to the curb, kept the pups safe in the dorms, did troubleshooting on an AirTag collar, brought packages inside, gave great Rover cards, and clearly just CARED!!! My loving kitty Sherbert passed away today. Katie was so kind and supportive to Sherbert and to me throughout. She notified me of Sherbert’s deteriorating condition right away and stayed with him as much as she could while still honoring her other appointments. She came back for him and took him to the emergency hospital while I was driving home to St Louis to be with Sherbert in his final moments. I couldn’t have asked for better kindness and care from anyone. I will continue to rely on Katie with complete confidence to take care of Callie, my other kitty. She and I both with miss Sherbert with all our heart. 🐈
