About: My while life has been surrounded with pets. I have always had dogs of very many sizes. I also have a 6 year old spoiled rabbit named kyle, a bird, a snake and 2 dogs. Besides personal pets and animal experience I have been pet sitting for family and friends since 8th grade. I also have experience in shelters helping care for cats and dogs. And now I walk dogs at the Humane Society for my job. I am saving up with this job and my job at the Humane Society for college! I am going to mizzou majoring in animal science to then go onto vet school. Beyond money this is an opportunity for more experience and fun as I am surrounding myself with my favorite thing which is animals! I am free to be scheduled at any time whether it be to walk, watch, or drop in on your pets any day of the week other than mon-fri 2:00-4:30 pm while I'm working. Other than that I am very flexible and happy to help out with your pets! I will happily follow all your requests and respect your space when I am pet sitting or walking your dog. I will be very attentive towards your animals as I care about them just like my own! I will also give them endless amounts of love!

She gives both of them their meds daily and doesn't mind that our dogs eat three different foods at a meal. She has even worked me into her schedule while she has had other check ins to do. About: I've grown up with many different types of dogs. I learned at a young age the importance of walks, exercise, how to love and care for dogs of all ages and sizes. I have dog-sat for multiple families in the past, sometimes up to a week, and end up creating life-long bonds with each 4-legged friend! I currently work remotely, making my own schedule apart from an in-person part-time job that is about 14 hours a week. My availability: Mondays all day, Tuesdays after 5, Wednesdays after 1, Thursdays after 5, Fridays after 1, Saturdays all day, Sundays between 12 and 4. (Starting in June I will be available pretty much all day everyday!) I have two cats and rent, so care would need to be at your home, which I am comfortable with. About: I've taken care of all kinds of animals since I was a child. From multiple pet households to livestock to exotic and unique animals, it would be easier to ask what I haven't cared for in my lifetime. Being a pet mother myself, I understand the concerns owners have when it comes to the care and comfort we desire for our fur-babies. Since working in the veterinary field, my skillset has only grown when it comes to providing care for our four-legged family members. With two fur-babies of my own and working full-time at a vet clinic at the end of the week, I'm available for half of the weekend and the beginning of the week for now. About: I have experience in walking dogs, and house sitting. I have stayed with cats as well. I used to be a doggy daycare attendant! My responsibilities included: feeding animals on a regular schedule, walking them on a schedule, giving them medication, and giving them play time and attention. Kyra went so far above and beyond while caring for our 6-year-old black Lab mix and three cats (Ruca, Hala, and Dahlia). We left her with detailed instructions and some quirks — a big dog who gets a bit too excited around others, cats with different personalities and a special eye condition, litter box maintenance, etc. She handled everything perfectly. While we were away, our apartment complex had a sewer backup (every pet sitter’s nightmare). Kyra didn’t just call us — she jumped in, cleaned what she safely could with her own supplies, kept us updated the entire time, and made sure our pets were safe and comfortable. She also sent regular photo updates that made it obvious our crew loved her — relaxed, happy, and well cared for. It’s hard to leave your pets, but Kyra made it feel effortless and worry-free. She’s reliable, resourceful, communicates clearly, and truly treats your animals like her own. I can’t recommend her highly enough — if you’re lucky enough to book her, do it!
