About: I have always been passionate about animal care, specifically dogs. I have 3.5 years of veterinary technician experience and have also worked at boarding facilities such as Pet Paradise. I am a student at Saint Louis University majoring in Biology, furthering my education in animal behavior. I enjoy jogging in my spare time, and have the stamina needed to play with or jog with pets. I am available on weekends during the day and most evenings. There’s nothing I love more than taking care of pets! I look forward to taking care of your fur babies! I am a current graduate student, and therefore am working several hours a day during the week, but I am available most nights and on the weekends anytime! I am a helicopter parent when it comes to my own dog, and treat other pets with the same level of care and caution. I love sending pictures (if allowed) to ensure great care, and frequently keeps owners updated on how their fur babies are doing.
“Things fell through with my previous sitter (that wasn’t from Rover). I reached out to Kaity last minute, as I was scrambling to find someone to watch my chihuahua. She came within 1.5 hours of contacting her to do a meet and greet with Bailey since is weary of strangers from a traumatic past. She even moved around some her schedule to accommodate us. He was reserved at first, but quickly warmed up to Kaity. On day 2, he was already waiting at the door for her and greeting her with toys and kisses. I get cute pictures and a little summary of how their time together went. I would definitely recommend Kaity to anyone and I have her on weekly repeat visits. We are happy!”

About: I have experience in walking dogs, and house sitting. I have stayed with cats as well. I used to be a doggy daycare attendant! My responsibilities included: feeding animals on a regular schedule, walking them on a schedule, giving them medication, and giving them play time and attention. As an animal lover I know that pets need more than just food and water. They need love and affection too! Count on me to give it my all to your pets. :) I am currently employed part time, and am looking to make extra cash and to connect with pets since I don’t have any of my own. (Yet!) I would have to have an early heads up of when you’d need me, because I get my work schedule weekly. I apologize, but I am unable to provide at home services. About: Growing up, there was never a time when there wasn’t a dog in the house, and I have been a cat mom for going on five years, so I am very understanding of the care that comes with each animal. Additionally, I have experience with puppies/kittens all the way to senior pets and know that each require personalized care (and I have no problem giving it). As an added bonus, I live with my partner, who also is a dog dad and everyday he gives his dog daily vitamins to stay happy and healthy. Plus he used to work at a wild life rehabilitation center, so he is very familiar with how to care for all animals, regardless of species, age or health. I work a hybrid schedule and currently have every other Friday off so I have plenty of time to care for your best friend. My work also allows employees to bring their dogs to work, if it’s something you’re comfortable with, I would love to show off your doggo! I am available for drop off/pickup anytime on weekends and after 5pm on weekdays. Plus my partner is a graduate student, so he comes home throughout the day to care for his own dog. I have a fenced in yard, so there are no worries when it comes to potty or play. Plus, I live with a very playful dog who can’t wait to spend time with your doggo! I also have a cat who is very tolerant of dogs (she probably won’t play, but doesn’t mind their presence). She is also very comfortable around other cats, she’s a tad shy so another playmate will probably do her some good!
“Allison is a wonderful cat sitter! I booked Allison for 9 days of drop-in visits to keep my cats food, water, and litter refreshed but she went above and beyond! 1. Expect great photos of your cats. Every day I looked forward to seeing cute pictures of my cats. 2. Allison truly loves cats and understands cat social behavior. During her orientation visit, Allison was clearly very observant of our cats' boundaries and allowed them to make the first contact. By the time she left the orientation, they were sleeping on the floor/couch without a care in the world. Missing parents is already a stress for cats. Given this, introducing a stranger to your home is a tough decision to make but I could already tell I had nothing to worry about and that showed in her updates and especially the photos shared. 3. Allison will keep your cats stimulated! Our cats are very human-oriented and get very antsy when they're parents are out of town. Allison takes time during her drop-in visits to play with them and give them the affection they crave. 4. Allison makes sure you come home to a place exactly as you left it. She took the trash out when it needed. She kept the floor around the litterbox clean from litter. Before now, I've never left home for such a period and come back to a place so clean! Some notes specific to this particular booking: We had a power outage for 4 (or 5?) consecutive days while we were away. Allison made an extra drop-in to check on the cats after the storm because she sensed our power was likely out. She cracked some windows and paid close attention to the cats' comfort throughout the power outage. This was a complete curveball and I'm so glad I chose Allison for this booking. When she says "Pets = unconditional love!" she means it! Everything Allison does in service of your pets. I would re-book based on my previous notes alone, but she handled this power outage so well it's not even a question!”
