About: I’ve cared for a variety of dogs and cats — for friends, family, and many clients through Rover — over the past decade. I take pride in providing attentive, detail-oriented, and scientifically informed care to ensure your pets are happy and healthy. I am a physician research fellow completing a research fellowship at WashU, where I primarily work from home with a flexible schedule. This allows me to provide frequent attention, walks, playtime, and potty breaks throughout the day. I only need to be away one afternoon each week for clinic, so your pet will receive plenty of care and companionship. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and plenty of individual attention. In my home, pets have access to a dedicated indoor playroom that opens directly onto a spacious backyard, providing a safe and comfortable space to relax and play. There is also a large fenced play area approximately 300 yards from my backyard where dogs can enjoy additional exercise and outdoor time. About: I have been working in the animal field for 16 years. I also have experience administering medications of all types. I do try to keep to the animal's schedule as best as possible. I'm currently between jobs so I am able to keep your animals active. Once I'm employed again, I'll be able to fit your animal's needs before and after working hours. I prefer keeping your animals in their own home as it is less stressful for them. I keep as close to their schedule as I can on a daily basis.

We have a 10 month old and 2 year old pitbulls, and Jamie was wonderful with them!! He came over late at night and walked them nearly 2 miles every time, even in the pouring rain! He cleaned up when our puppy had an accident, and left wonderful notes so we could know how the visit went. We even told him he didn’t need to walk our older dog since the puppy is handful enough, but he easily walked both of them every time!
