About: I’ve been around both cats and dogs my entire life and have always loved caring for animals. Growing up with pets taught me how important it is to provide them with attention, patience, and consistent care. Whether your pet is playful and social or prefers a quieter approach, I’m happy to meet them where they’re comfortable. I understand that every pet has their own personality, and I’ll treat your cat or dog with the same care and affection I’d give my own pets. My goal is to make sure your furry family member feels safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. Pet care is a natural and enjoyable part of my daily routine, especially as a teacher with summers off. I love spending my extra time caring for pets and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away. Being around animals is something I truly enjoy, and I appreciate the chance to fill my days with walks, visits, playtime, and companionship. I’m reliable, attentive, and excited to give each pet the care and attention they deserve I currently care for my two cats at home, so I’m very comfortable with daily cat care routines like feeding, litter box maintenance, playtime, and recognizing their individual personalities and needs. In addition, I often help care for my parents’ dogs when needed, so I also have experience with feeding, walking, and general dog care. This mix of hands-on experience has made me confident and attentive with both cats and dogs, and I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away.

About: I’ve taken care and been around cats and dogs since I was a child. I understand our fur babies require play time and so much love! I am currently actively applying to jobs as a social worker, and have a lot of free time throughout my days as I am staying home with my fur babies while I do so! I take my doggies on a walk, take treats with me and poop bags to ensure they get rewarded for being good babies and cleaning up after them. If we’re going to a park, I make sure they have toys, water and get their sniffs in!

About: Over the past 20 years I’ve owned and cared for dogs (both puppies and elderly), cats, reptiles, rodents, and invertebrates. I’ve rescued a pup and trained a couple high energy dogs, one with a great deal of anxiety and fear aggression.I have experience cat sitting for various out of town owners over the years I currently go to school part time so my schedule is pretty flexible right now. I have a one year old pup who is very active and would love to make some new friends if the opportunity arises. I love to stay active, spend time outdoors, and meet new animal friends. Providing pet care is a job I was made for. Whether in my own home, or in a clients home, I can guarantee that your pet will get the care they are accustomed to. I am a detail oriented mother myself and understand the value of knowing your instructions will be followed and your babies will be safe.

About: I have been working in the animal field for 16 years. I also have experience administering medications of all types. I do try to keep to the animal's schedule as best as possible. I'm currently between jobs so I am able to keep your animals active. Once I'm employed again, I'll be able to fit your animal's needs before and after working hours. I prefer keeping your animals in their own home as it is less stressful for them. I keep as close to their schedule as I can on a daily basis.

About: I have always been passionate about animal care, specifically dogs. I have 3 years of veterinary technician experience and have also worked at boarding facilities such as Pet Paradise. I am a student at Saint Louis University majoring in Biology, furthering my education in animal behavior. I enjoy jogging in my spare time, and have the stamina needed to play with or jog with pets. I am available on weekends during the day and most evenings. There’s nothing I love more than taking care of pets! I look forward to taking care of your fur babies! I am a current graduate student, and therefore am working several hours a day during the week, but I am available most nights and on the weekends anytime! I am a helicopter parent when it comes to my own dog, and treat other pets with the same level of care and caution. I love sending pictures (if allowed) to ensure great care, and frequently keeps owners updated on how their fur babies are doing.

About: Hello STL pet parents! I am new to Rover but I've taken care of all ages, sizes, and various breeds of dogs since I was young, ranging from Chihuahuas to 110 lb Bouviers. My husband (former dog trainer) and I are the proud dog parents of two friendly rescue chihuahua mixes and we take them everywhere with us when we can and consider them to be our family. We have also had the privilege of caring for a rescue pittie who was skittish around other dogs at first, and a pug lab mix who never met a stranger. I nursed one of my current rescues through heartworm treatment after first adopting her and saw our pug lab mix through chemo when she was diagnosed with lymphoma. I take the care and love of dogs very seriously and believe we owe them the utmost respect. It would be my honor to apply that same philosophy of care and compassion (and fun!) with your beloved family member. I can be available any day of the week, though I prefer notice for weekends. Overall however I can be flexible! If the service is a walk I would prefer that to take place before 6:30 p.m. My yard is fenced in with a privacy fence and if I let dogs into the yard I am always out there with them the entire time. I have two small dogs who are friendly and enjoy gentle playing with others. I'm also comfortable visiting in your home or taking your doggo out on an adventure.

About: I have taken care of a number of dogs since i was 8 yeasrs old and i also used to work gfor a groomer locally in webster groves were we also offered daily doggy day care free roam im currently off work for a little bit due to personal reasons and i find myself with alot of time on my hands as well as the fact i need to make money to pay bills i always respect the home abide by guidlines and rules given but if your pet decides to make a mess inside i will always go above and beyond to try and tidy up before im done with the job

About: I have always had animals around me my whole life. My wife and I currently have two sweet cats and we see her families dog very often. I grew up walking my cousins dogs and am good with most any kind of animal! I am currently a full time student so I have lots of time and a flexible schedule for taking care of pets. I have two cats of my own and will be adding a puppy into the mix soon! I will treat your fur baby as if it were my own and not only take care of them while you are away but make sure to spend some good time making sure they are played with and loved.

About: I do not have any special skills. But I am definitely responsible when it comes to taking care of people's dogs. I have taken care of my family's dogs when they went away on vacations. I can walk or be a sitter every other Tuesday because that is my day off from my full time job. I can start after 11am. I can watch dogs in your home but prefer not to bring them to my home. I can also take them on walks every other Tuesday.

About: I have worked with dogs for several years in various settings. I have previous experience working in a veterinarian office, dog day care, dog walking/pet sitting, and have taken care of dogs in advanced training to become service dogs. About: I've grown up with dogs my entire life, especially Boston Terriers, so being around them has always been second nature to me. While I was in college, I lived with an Aussiedoodle, which gave me experience caring for a high-energy, intelligent breed as well. My schedule is very flexible, which allows me to stay at your home full-time if needed and let your dog out frequently for potty breaks, exercise, and playtime. I understand that every pet has a different routine, and I'm committed to following their schedule to help them feel comfortable and cared for while you're away. For overnight stays, I focus on keeping your pet's routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I stay in your home so your pet can remain in a familiar environment, which helps them feel comfortable while you're away. I follow all feeding schedules, provide fresh water, take them outside for potty breaks as often as needed, and make sure they get plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection. If your pet has any medications or special care instructions, I'm happy to follow those as well. I'll also keep your home clean and respect it as if it were my own, and I'm happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away.
