About: Hi there, I'm Lindsay! I love animals and have always made them a huge part of my life. I currently own 2 cats, and I live with another cat and young dog. I love playing with dogs and teaching them new tricks - no matter if they are lazy or stubborn. I'm currently working towards a small business, but I have plenty of time on my hands with my flexible hours. I will be your best friend if you want to plan dog-sitting in advance or a scheduled dog walking (ex: every Mon, Tues, Weds). Disclaimer: I often spend time in Indiana with my fiancé, but it is no problem to get back to Missouri when I am scheduled on Rover, as Missouri is my home base. If you want someone to make your animal feel special, please keep me in mind. I have enthusiastically attended a hamster's birthday party, and that is the energy I'd put into your animal. I also personally have experience with golden retrievers, labs, mini aussies, siberian cats, etc. I would love to teach your dog new tricks or just cuddle and play with them. I hope to care for your animal(s), and provide excellent communication and service for both the animal and owner! I'm currently spending most of my time in Weldon Spring, MO planning my wedding and starting a small business. I spend about 8 days in Indiana every month to visit my fiancé, but those travel dates are very flexible and I can drive back as needed (4.5 hours away). I don't currently offer boarding services as I'm back in the family home, but I will be offering those as soon as I get a home. Stay tuned! If I'm in your home, I am following your rules. If I ever have a question of what is allowed, I will contact you. I will also be sure to ask many questions at our meet and greet to make sure your animal and I play with your rules. About: I have had dogs of all sizes since I was born, as well as cats. I have dog sat bigger and smaller dogs. I had to train my own puppy and take care of her in her senior years, as well as my other dog when he became older. I am well-versed with all dogs and cats and have no issues with any of them. I currently have a high energy four year old dog who requires lots of enrichment and attention, but have had very low energy dogs as well. I have a pit mix who we fostered but she became a foster fail and a part of our family. She was neglected and needed lots of medical attention and work. I also have a cat who is very needy and kind of mean, so I am fine with any temperament. I have 2 Guinea pigs that reside in my bedroom as well. I am open to all animals. I work in home varied times M-F with children diagnosed with autism. I am also in school for my MS but this is online, so I can do this remotely. I have my own pets as well, but live with someone who can care for my own. I can stay with your pets if they are okay for the hours I am gone for work! I am dedicated to loving animals but also love my job (which is a new position). I have some frequent clients, and can offer testimonials from them even since I’ve started my job! My animals are my life & I go home typically every day even if I’m dog sitting at a different location just to check in. I will take care of your pet(s) in whatever way is needed in your home. I can crate them, walk them, anything they are used to in their daily lives.
About: I do not have any special skills. But I am definitely responsible when it comes to taking care of people's dogs. I have taken care of my family's dogs when they went away on vacations. I can walk or be a sitter every other Tuesday because that is my day off from my full time job. I can start after 11am. I can watch dogs in your home but prefer not to bring them to my home. Elizabeth provided our family complete peace of mind when we were unable to give Tux his normal daily walks. We felt very comfortable knowing that she has experience with her own aging doggie with particular preferences. Elizabeth was able to get Tux into his harness for the walk and reward him his daily supplement treat. She always made sure he had fresh water and food before leaving.
