Caring for my own dog entails daily walks, tons of snuggles, dental care, and a good amount of brushing! She thrives with a steady routine so I adapt my schedule to make sure her daily life is consistent. For other dogs that I watch, I make sure to fit myself to suit their personalities and temperament. Some dogs need more quiet time with slow warm up periods, others are a bit more wild and need more physical and mental activity - and I am happy to do either or anything in between!

A typical day
Different breeds need different activities! For my girl, she loves to go on “sniffaris” where we stroll and sniff to our heart's content with no real set schedule or route! Other dogs need more rigorous walking or playing fetch. Some may just need attention and cuddles - with tons of pets of course.
