About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. I only recently, in the past couple of years, started taking care of other people’s pups, and I really enjoy it. I treat all pups as if they were my own. I am retired. I play pickleball quite a bit, but I am never gone more than a few hours at a time. My husband works from home, so there is almost always someone around to accompany your pup. My favorite part of the job is showering pups with love. We have mattresses on the floor and if the pups are willing, we love to snuggle with them. I typically walk them 4 to 6 times a day, depending on the wants/needs of the pup and the weather. I will be sure to check in multiple times daily with you and send photos and videos. About: I’ve cared for a variety of dogs and cats — for friends, family, and many clients through Rover — over the past decade. I take pride in providing attentive, detail-oriented, and scientifically informed care to ensure your pets are happy and healthy. I am a physician research fellow completing a research fellowship at WashU, where I primarily work from home with a flexible schedule. This allows me to provide frequent attention, walks, playtime, and potty breaks throughout the day. I only need to be away one afternoon each week for clinic, so your pet will receive plenty of care and companionship. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and plenty of individual attention. About: Hello STL pet parents! I am new to Rover but I've taken care of all ages, sizes, and various breeds of dogs since I was young, ranging from Chihuahuas to 110 lb Bouviers. My husband (former dog trainer) and I are the proud dog parents of two friendly rescue chihuahua mixes and we take them everywhere with us when we can and consider them to be our family. We have also had the privilege of caring for a rescue pittie who was skittish around other dogs at first, and a pug lab mix who never met a stranger. I nursed one of my current rescues through heartworm treatment after first adopting her and saw our pug lab mix through chemo when she was diagnosed with lymphoma. I take the care and love of dogs very seriously and believe we owe them the utmost respect. It would be my honor to apply that same philosophy of care and compassion (and fun!) with your beloved family member. I can be available any day of the week, though I prefer notice for weekends. Overall however I can be flexible! If the service is a walk I would prefer that to take place before 6:30 p.m. My yard is fenced in with a privacy fence and if I let dogs into the yard I am always out there with them the entire time. I have two small dogs who are friendly and enjoy gentle playing with others. I'm also comfortable visiting in your home or taking your doggo out on an adventure.

“Ali was the best with our little, Ruby. Ruby has a sensitive stomach and is a small Maltipoo. Ali and her daughter were so loving and handled her food allergy with care. Ruby came home an exhausted little pup which is a sign she had plenty of activity. I would absolutely book Ali again!”

We were gone for a week on a cruise and received updates and pics throughout entire week. Pierre experienced his first snow while we were gone and she sent us pics of him having a ball with Max in her nice fenced in yard.
