“This is our second time booking Lauren and she is great! She gives updates for each dog on each walk which is very helpful knowing if my dogs are having any issues. Not to mention it seems like the dogs love being around her.”

“Annamaria has been great! Charlie seems to really like her, and she’s been able to get him out of the house every visit so far - he can sometimes be a bit stubborn and refuse to get up lol. I’m very happy with the service so far, and definitely plan to continue having her work with Charlie.”

“Mike was excellent — super communicative and took great care of our pug. (And kindly rescued a package delivery from an impending storm. ?) We will definitely book again!”
“Chris and Sam were great with our dogs and professional! They were super flexible when it was too hot for the dogs to walk and had excellent communication throughout. I loved getting a video of the dogs mid-walk. We will be booking them for more dog walks and housesitting in the future!”

“Lucy is so energetic and loves Bodi. She takes control of him so he trusts her and obeys her. She truly enjoys animals and I am thrilled with her interactions with him.”

About: I do not have any special skills. But I am definitely responsible when it comes to taking care of people's dogs. I have taken care of my family's dogs when they went away on vacations. I can also take them on walks every other Tuesday.

I work in Physical Therapy but my mornings and evenings are free and I will give your pets full care and attention before and after work, including overnight stays! If my Rover schedule is free, book me! “We love Frances she is amazing she's always on time and Buddy can hardly wait until she gets to our house. I had to have shoulder surgery and couldn't walk Buddy so Rover was a perfect option for us. Thank you Frances for making Buddy's day so exciting he's so much more happier because of you.”

“Kat is amazing! She instantly calmed my scared and barking dog. Ellie loves to have her come and sat by the door waiting for her on the weekend. She didn’t care that we took her on a walk she wanted to see Kat!”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for over 5 years. I take care of many breeds as well as sizes. They become my best friend! I am currently wanting to take care of dogs on the side. I am flexible but need to know in advance dates and times. I am willing to take care of multiple at a time as well. I can take care of pets in my own home if needed but not preferred. It will be a case by case scenario for me to decide.
About: I may only be 21 but I've handled animals my whole life. I love playing with dogs and teaching them new tricks, and I'm suited for lazy or stubborn dogs as well. I am currently completing my online degree from the University of Kansas, but I am back home in the Weldon Spring area. Everyday, I watch and care for my family's two mini Aussies and my sweet cat. I have also had experience with golden retrievers and labs, as the dog I grew up with was a medium sized golden. I would love to teach your dog new tricks or just cuddle and play with them. I am also very willing to take your dogs to parks and walk them wherever they want to go. I hope to be able to care for your dogs, and provide excellent communication and service for both the dog and owner!
About: I have had dogs of all sizes since I was born, as well as cats. I have dog sat bigger and smaller dogs. I had to train my own puppy and take care of her in her senior years, as well as my other dog when he became older. I am well-versed with all dogs and cats and have no issues with any of them. I currently have a high energy four year old dog who requires lots of enrichment and attention, but have had very low energy dogs as well. I have a pit mix who we fostered but she became a foster fail and a part of our family. She was neglected and needed lots of medical attention and work. I also have a cat who is very needy and kind of mean, so I am fine with any temperament. I have 2 Guinea pigs that reside in my bedroom as well. I am open to all animals. I work in home varied times M-F with children diagnosed with autism. I am also in school for my MS but this is online, so I can do this remotely. I have my own pets as well, but live with someone who can care for my own. I can stay with your pets if they are okay for the hours I am gone for work! I am dedicated to loving animals but also love my job (which is a new position). I have some frequent clients, and can offer testimonials from them even since I’ve started my job! My animals are my life & I go home typically every day even if I’m dog sitting at a different location just to check in. I will take care of your pet(s) in whatever way is needed in your home. I can crate them, walk them, anything they are used to in their daily lives.
Lakeshire dog parents share their Rover experiences
Lauren was great and available short notice. It’s clear she has lots of experience with dogs and loves them! She even took Nell Bell out in the pouring rain and was very prompt. Thank you so much for hanging with my senior best friend and providing her good care.

Nicole is outstanding! She is sweet and kind to the dogs and always punctual. Belle came from a puppymill and is very leary of new people and new experiences. Nicole is calm and quiet natured which is exactly what Belle needs. Alexa is jolly but partially blind and also, needs consistency and gentle attention. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful person as Nicole.

We love Frances she is amazing she's always on time and Buddy can hardly wait until she gets to our house. I had to have shoulder surgery and couldn't walk Buddy so Rover was a perfect option for us. Thank you Frances for making Buddy's day so exciting he's so much more happier because of you.
