She took initiative in ensuring we were on the same page well in advance of our twice-weekly dog walks. 2. She is caring. She loves dogs (and our dogs love her), and she is a truly compassionate human being. Example: One of our older dogs got sick and, although we weren’t paying her for services for that dog, when she came in to see her kennel she cleaned out her cage, took care of Ryder, and made sure to let us know. She also has let us know when there are other concerns that we may not have noticed (dog’s broken toe nail, anything medical, etc) 3. She is thorough. She makes the effort to ensure we are in the know about our dogs’ walks through a written summary and photos when she is able. Her walks aren’t sub-par… they are long and efficient. Our dogs come back tired and happy. That is the ultimate goal. After her proven track record following multiple months and walks, we will undoubtedly use her again.”
