About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12 years old. I can play with them, pick up after them, bathe them and make sure they’re happy and well fed. And I can take the dog on short or long walks and make sure they’re happy and safe. Also for house sitting I’ll make sure the house is clean and any messes the dog makes is cleaned up as well I’m a student at an online university, but I am taking a break from perusing my BS in forensic accounting. I have also lived in areas where dogs are fenced in, and even with neither type of fence and just a long chain attached to the ground. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
