“Kaylee was so wonderful with our senior cat, Holly! Holly already misses her. ☺️ We knew she would be the perfect fit at the meet-and-greet when shy Holly came out from under the bed to eat treats from Kaylee's hand. Kaylee is very kind and patient with animals. Holly was given playtime, brushing, and treats daily along with her dry food and prescription wet food. Kaylee sent photos and videos every single day at the end each pet-sitting check-in. Her communication was consistent and excellent, allowing us to truly relax when we were on vacation. It gave us reassurance knowing that Kaylee was enjoying her time with our cat and that Holly warmed up to her so quickly. When we got home, we couldn't believe how clean everything looked! Kaylee also brought in our mail and followed all of our instructions for Holly. We will definitely hire Kaylee again without hesitation! About: I’ve had a dog since I was 9 years old. I’ve been taking care of them ever since! I have been watching other dogs since I was a teenager. I’ve pet sat a good variety of dogs, from border collies to labs and teeny little Pomeranian mixes! I have a good deal of availability during the summer, so my schedule is very flexible! I teach private lessons on Monday and Friday afternoons for a couple hours, otherwise my other jobs provide me a good deal of flexibility, so that I can pet set as much as possible! At my home our dogs have an electric fence, and have been properly trained not to cross the invisible line. I have also lived in areas where dogs are fenced in, and even with neither type of fence and just a long chain attached to the ground. Regardless I will take care of your pet regardless of the outdoor situation. I am pretty physically fit, so I can carve out some good time to take them on walks, long or short! I follow your instructions to the T when it comes to specific needs and potty/bed times. I will come to you and do whatever needs to be done to make sure your pet is happy and safe!

“Having a total care senior dog can be extremely stressful when planning a trip out of town. My dogs used to be road trip champs but unfortunately due to old age and one handicap, they have to stay behind. From the moment Mason came for a meet and greet both dogs greeted him and were calm and happy in their presence. Masons confidence and willingness to care for my total care senior dog was a relief. The most important thing is to let them know that they can trust me, so that I can learn more about what they need to feel comfortable and cared for. About: My while life has been surrounded with pets. I have always had dogs of very many sizes. I also have a 6 year old spoiled rabbit named kyle, a bird, a snake and 2 dogs. Besides personal pets and animal experience I have been pet sitting for family and friends since 8th grade. I also have experience in shelters helping care for cats and dogs. And now I walk dogs at the Humane Society for my job. I am saving up with this job and my job at the Humane Society for college! I am going to mizzou majoring in animal science to then go onto vet school. Beyond money this is an opportunity for more experience and fun as I am surrounding myself with my favorite thing which is animals! I am free to be scheduled at any time whether it be to walk, watch, or drop in on your pets any day of the week other than mon-fri 2:00-4:30 pm while I'm working. Other than that I am very flexible and happy to help out with your pets! I will happily follow all your requests and respect your space when I am pet sitting or walking your dog. I will be very attentive towards your animals as I care about them just like my own! I will also give them endless amounts of love!
About: Animals have always been a major part of my life from cats to dogs to toads, I love them all. Over the years I have always had indoor cats and dogs in my care that have ranged in age from newborn to senior, energetic to unwell and everything in between. When I’m not caring for my pets or others, I’m a work from home artist and volunteer at the humane society as a foster and dog walker. Take comforting in knowing I would treat your best friend right. Currently I work from home as an artist (predominantly pet portraits) and can set my own schedule leaving me with ample availability for bit time or day and days throughout the week. I have a three acre yard with a large fenced in area, my dogs are extremely friendly and there is lake access that my own dogs use for swimming very often

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
